There was a witness on the plane. Amber was rude to him and then threw a lighter at Johnny and Johnny say with his head against the window. She kept belittling him so he went to the bathroom and fell asleep. Remember?

His multiple verbal abuse towards her and throwing/breakings of things proved that he is not a safe person to be around when under influence of substance.

@Martin If you're familiar with manipulative gaslighters who project & can't take accountability for themselves, you'd know she's not. If you've ever seen or had real genuine emotion, and/or you've been through abuse or trauma.. you'd know her "crying" is an act.
And there's tons of evidence against her. Even audio where she admits starting fights & hitting him.

Someone who really suffered domestic abuse might act timid.. or angry and indignant in places...but you can see Amber consciously trying to channel as much emotion into her facial expressions as she can muster every single second. Before you say the damage to his reputation and career were caused by his bad behavior… there have been countless celebrities in Hollywood accused of bad tempers, drug and alcohol use and bad behavior in general and Hollywood doesn’t blink an eye as long as they are functioning and can still do their jobs but women screaming abuse that will end them these days and Amber Heard knew that. Everyone is different. Severity of abuse is different for different people. Even what is considered abuse is different to different people. I think the truth in this matter lies somewhere in between all of the seemingly opposite ends of opinions on this trial. I think she was verbally(obvious-recordings) and physically abusive to him. I also think he was verbally (obvious-recordings) and physically abusive to her. And here’s where she lost: I think she exaggerated about the physical abuse to the point that it looked like lying to the court and general public. As much as she liked to document things, she would’ve taken photos. There was no evidence. But that doesn’t mean that some abuse didn’t happen. And his lawyers and witnesses for him made it appear she was lying, but do I believe every witness for JD? Flat out no! That would be very naive. But, based on all of the evidence that was presented, I understand the verdict. But I also know that Amber Heard can be an exaggerating, egomaniac with little to no self awareness AND still have been abused by Johnny Depp.

The magic word is: empathy. Empathy enabling us to speak all those individual languages of expressions of every man and woman ... we feel: if someone doesnt cry, but gets silent at specific questions. We feel when someone laughes a lot , because the questions are uncomfortable.
You see ? We see that there are many 'individual languages' how to express suffering.
But empathy also enables us: to distinguish : what are coping mechanisms ... and what are just ''pretendings''

', than its not because she wants to make her lie more believable , but she is afraid no one believes her, and thats why she points it out ''... ''if she looks to the jury the whole time, she doesnt does it because she wants to convince them from her lies.. no its because: she looks with her eyes for help.. its her way to express her reality about abuse, and her fear that no one believes her'' ...

Those associations can be wrong, and can be used by manipulative persons.

Empathy of people can be exploited by abusers.
And by associative thinking (unfortunately) espescially victims tend to humanize the abuser in some degree (for instance: often trying to understand him, ... forgiving him everytime... imagining ''maybe he is also suffering.. maybe he is right that its hard for him'' ) .. Those are coping mechanisms - so that a lot of victims often have a hard time in later life to recognize abusers in advance (that often leads to it: that victims often get the same kind of abuser later on in life... or bullied victims get bullied in the new school again from totally new people).
Its because victims tend to have ''to much empathy'' ... on the one hand: they try to escape abusers (and that often is even sucessful) - on the other hand, they get in new toxic relationships , because they 1) attract the same kind of people who get advantage of them, and 2) only recognize abusers, when its to late ...
Abusers are recognizable, as well as victims are recognizable. And its really not hard.
And victims shouldnt be afraid, that no one believes them.
The only ones who dont believe real victims are the sociopaths.

This is the story that really proved to me she’s lying. She got up “slowly” and moved away. He shouted at her, she stared at him, then she continued to “walk away” before “feeling a boot” that’s at least 5 seconds of motion. If she was taking half the average human stride (1.25 ft), she would have still traveled at least 5-7 feet. Either JD has really long legs, she was moving at a snail pace with half inch steps, or it’s just a flat out lie.

On one hand, there is a text exchange that seemingly admits that Johnny did in fact kick her on the plane but at the same time no one else has come forward to testify for her nor does she seem to have thought to gather good photographic evidence. Edit: Since she has also submitted fake photos as evidence (using makeup to make bruises and using the same photo with different filters) I think that maybe the photos of the text messages should be analyzed to make sure they are real and then call in the assistant who witnessed her get kicked.

However, she wasn’t about to leave the relationship without a BIG payday💰💰💰so she set him up with all the recordings and pictures to one day “blackmail” him or sell her story to the tabloids to defame him and make him look like the abuser. Johnny’s mistake was to trust her! Amber kept saying she saved Johnny’s life so many times I lost count🙄 yet she was secretly recording his private matters to expose him one day for a BIG payday!!💰💰💰

She's claimed roughly 15 instances of abuse, she was married to johnny for 15 months. She's saying there was a serious instance of abuse once per month (lets say once every 2 months to include the year or so they were together before they got married even though there were only 1-2 before the marriage according to amber). Serious bruising takes up to 2 weeks to go away. Amber should of been walking around with SERIOUS bruising 25% of the time if we go with the most generous estimations, and closer to FIFTY PERCENT of the time if you attribute most of the abuse to just the time they were married as Amber states!!! Yet no one has seen anything? Her claims are clearly bogus imho.
There is evidence that he did kick her as there are text records between amber and Stephan, Johnny's PA I think and he says that Johnny cried when he told him that he kicked Amber...so he was probably under the influence and didn't remember. Keep in mind as much as Amber is an abuser, Johnny has a drug problem which is pretty bad. In situations like this it is hardly one person who is solely to blame. The truth is...they BOTH are. Amber also said Johnny gave her a cavity surge because he was desperately searching for his drugs and thought Amber hid them up there. If that is true...well that is pretty sick. I hardly doubt he is the unsung hero you all are making him out to be. Nor do I side with the quite clearly mentally unstable Amber Heard who quite clearly hit and abused her partner as evidence suggests. But the fact that there IS text evidence of Johnny ALSO abuser her goes to show neither of these two are innocent.
Their relationship merely existing on the premise of passion and surface level sweet words when behind closed doors was a violent, volatile, sick, disrespectful union which nurtured nor love or respect. They should honestly just settle, agree to never see each other again and call it a day.
