- Amber Heard testified in Johnny Depp's defamation trial on Thursday and recalled an alleged fight between her and her ex-husband. The actress claims that the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star was upset after learning she had filmed sex scenes with James Franco for their 2015 film, 'The Adderall Diaries.' During their alleged argument, Heard claims Depp kicked her in the back on a private plane causing her to fall to the floor.

The thing is James Franco didn't live in her building. They didn't share an elevator until she went down in the elevator to let him in. James Franco didn't push any buttons on the elevator pad like he was going to a different floor than hers and he got off the same floor as her. According to people who live there and have for many years Johnny owned all those penthouses on that floor and James Franco did not live in that building. So it looks rather suspish.

Amber’s sister’s friend Jennifer (who testified in the case) said off record that amber and Franco were hooking up throughout the marriage (including in the staircase at one of her events). Not saying Johnny should kick her but he had a right to be upset

Hi Guys. I'm one of those old geezers that doesn't have a Twitter. But I'm a Hollywood historian and I'd like some help spreading the word that I'm seeing Amber's testimony to be a hodgepodge of historical cases of abuse in Hollywood. I honestly think that she crammed over the weekend by watching a bunch of movies about Hollywood abuse cases such as Mommie Dearest, and reading about Hollywood abuse cases such as the Fatty Arbuckle story.
I even caught her using dialogue directly from Mommy Dearest when she said Johnny said, "I'd rather cut off my hand". And the bottle story is the Fatty Arbuckle story. Fatty Arbuckle was an actor in 1920s Hollywood who was kicked out of Hollywood for putting a bottle up a woman named Virginia Rappe. She died from internal injuries. If this really happened to Amber where are the hospital records? She would have needed the hospital. I am studying Amber's testimony.
Please tell Twitter and spread the word as I am old and don't know how to do that LOL. You can probably imagine how surreal this experience is for me to watch her stringing familiar cases together. Just felt it was my responsibility to say something or I don't know how I'd feel. Thank you very much.

Narcissists/abusers often take a cornel of truth and wrap it in a ball of lies. I.e - truth: Johnny had a problem with prescription medication, used drugs and alcohol (no doubt to cope with his relationship with her) and no doubt also engaged in reactive abuse of verbal attacks that matched hers. This is unfortunately normal for victims.
Then, her ball of lies: He became a monster who abused her in every way whilst using the drugs/alcohol.
Some of the evidence shows Johnny's anger towards her. Texts to Bettany etc. He admitted to writing bad things to her on the walls etc. He admitted to 'assaulting' furniture.
Being in these types of relationships can be so crazy making that it actually makes the victim "crazy". As much as I don't condone reactive abuse, I've been there myself. My abuser brought out a version of me that wasn't me. I wasn't happy with the hatred and anger I felt towards my abuser because I'm not a hateful or remotely abusive person.
I truly believe that Johnny, had he have been in a healthy relationship, wouldn't have been anything but good to his partner. Not perfect, nobody is, but a gentleman nevertheless (as every single person in his life describes him).

Both Heard and Depp were toxic to each other. Johnny Depp should win this lawsuit because they appear to be equally as troubled..Amber is a bit more of a loose cannon by writing untruths
Well, the lawsuit isn't about who was more toxic, it's merely about whether or not the article (and only that article) was defamatory or not. Even if Amber is the key abuser, which it seems she was, it could still be proven that the article had some truth to it, however small, which would make it hard to win the case. The main good news out of all of this is that J.D seems to have won the court of public opinion, which was likely his main goal here.

From what I’ve seen, there is more proof of Amber being the aggressor. But with all the drug use in the relationship, I’m sure Depp has lost control as well. The difference here is Depp was going to over look her behavior whereas Amber wasn’t. Both destroyed the marriage. Both equally responsible. Amber just tried to play a victim as the perfect woman and wrote an article as if she was a sweet little woman with an abusive man. They abused eachother. Both needed to be separated a long time ago. Depp deserves his money from the lawsuit

As I can see in her body language (I'm no fan of Amber at all), I think there's a lot of truth in that story, until she starts exaggerating about him physically hitting her, but before that, I dare saying she was telling a real story. I think depp felt so guilty about his behavior towards amber that the guilt ate at him to the point where he wanted her to have an affair so that he didn’t have to carry all of his own pain. They are both clearly emotionally unstable most likely stemming from childhood and past experiences and why they were so connected in the beginning of their relationship. This is not a good mix with alcohol and drugs and constantly being easily triggered. They should have moved on, and shouldn’t have let this unhealthy relationship continue.. seems like this court case their “film”.
