Really enjoy these videos and the shots you get. Just pulled the trigger on a Z50 and lens adapter for my F mount lenses that i'll have in about a week and waiting is killing me haha.
Oh cool! I use the EVF when shooting photos most of the time. For the RUclips videos I keep the camera in front of me so you can see my framing/how I use it. Thanks for asking.
I think the Z 50 would be a great option! I’ve shot a lot of different stuff on mine: street, portraits, maternity, cars, nature (I have a video coming out in an hour from a hike I did). The fact it shares the Z mount with its bigger brothers (z5/6/6ll/7ll/9) means any lens you buy can stay with you on your Nikon journey. I have the Nikkor Z 35mm 1.8 S and am looking to get the 85mm 1.8 next. The 2 DX lenses created for the (z50/30/fc) are actually really good! Because the Z 50 doesn’t have IBIS, the DX lenses having VR (vibration reduction) is huge! It means I can use the camera handheld at shutter speeds the wouldn’t otherwise be possible. Oh and the lenses are super sharp! So in summary the Z 50 is a great option to get into the Nikon mirrorless world. I plan on keeping my FX primes when moving on to a new body one day and selling the Z 50 and 2 DX lenses together as a bundle. Hope this helps! :)
POV #9 is in the books! Anyone else use Nikon picture profiles??

Thanks so much! Oh that’s awesome, I’m sure you’ll have success with that! I know that waiting is the hardest part 😅
I love this! Haha that was such a good time, I can't wait for the next one! ✌🏻
Thanks dude!! Can’t wait to see what you got that day 👀
Brother this one turned out great! Love it man!
Thanks Chris!! Appreciate the kind words 🙌🏼
I use a very similar rig (Nikon Z30).
Why don't you use your camera's viewfinder?
Nice images!

Thanks Jose!! ☺️
Which photo editing program you use for nikon raw ? As capture nx was dropped by nikon .
I use Lightroom. Shannon gets free access through her school 🤓.
What type of focus were you using?
Single-point AF. It’s been my go to for a while now.
@@RolandKaufmann thank you!
Sir New video please 😅
Haha working on it! Should be up Sunday :).
Too dark for my liking but an interesting experiment 📷👍
Yeah I feel that too on some of them. I could have pushed ISO even more on some photos. Like you said, just an experiment :)
Nice, for portraits do not put the head in the center of the frame ;)
Noted 😅. Was too lazy to move my focus point haha.
