Best of the Best Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings

  • Chicken Wings 4 pound
    Frank's Red Hot 2/3 cup
    Margarine - 1 stick
    Honey - 2 Tbs
    Cayenne Pepper 1/4 tsp
    Celery - some
    Carrots - some
    Oil 64oz
    Blue Cheese _ some
    Dressing
    Use a deep fryer if you have one
    If you don't then pour a lot of oil in a large pot
    Get your oil very hot
    Peel your carrots and trim everything
    Then wash everything
    Cut it all up into strips
    Of course you need to taste it
    Put a stick of margarine in a pot - not butter!
    Add 2/3 of a cup of hot sauce
    (These 2 ingredients make the base wing sauce)
    Add cayenne pepper and honey
    Stir until the margarine is melted
    Taste it and add cayenne if not hot enough
    Add one wing and quickly cover the pot
    Carefully add the rest of the wings
    Stir them every couple of minutes so they don't stick together
    Cook about 40 minutes
    And remove when nice and crispy
    Pour the sauce over the wings and mix well
    Serve with blue cheese dressing - not ranch!
    These are authentic Buffalo Wings with a honey sauce
