I'm gluten-free and all of the baking recipes of yours I've tried (which are many) have worked out beautifully by just switch out the AP flour with my own g-free blend. Your eclairs are my absolute fave!!

Next time you make your sauce try a little yellow mustard in it you’re gonna love it. That’s how I always make my buffalo wings!!! Hot sauce, yellow Mustard, garlic, butter and pepper

Laura has been watching videos on how Koreans fry their chicken. This double-fry method, using potato starch, is very common to them. It gives you the crispiest, juiciest chicken.
@@anretta l wouldn't make these to serve from the day before. These are best served same day. You can definitely season the chicken and refrigerate but, don't cook until you are ready to serve.

I make wings all the time this way. If you eat them within 20 minutes or so the wings still have a nice crunch.
