I recognise the rehearsal space as being in Sydney. That’s Jo-Anne Robinson taking the rehearsal and the cast seem to be mainly Australian. The production which played in Asia through the early 2000’s was cast with predominantly Australian and South African performers and I would say this would be the group preparing prior to a season somewhere within Asia, most probably South Korea as mentioned. Oddly, the last bit of footage of the show looks like the Australian Tent Tour (must be stock footage)?
No... the DVD cast is a mix of many different groups. Jemima for example is from the dutch production and Munkustrap was Pouncival in the production before the DVD

Hi, i've a question. Does anyone knwo who lead this production? I mean artisticly? Cause I'm doing Cats now and we're still rehearsing for a touring production but our Gumbie cat tap dance isn't that long. I recognize some stuff. We're working with an English team from the original. So, who was it?
I meant what I said and said what I meant and a fangirl's for sure 100% ^_^ Yeah both played Pouncy but Michael I think only did it for a little while until they figured he was more suited for Munkus.
with cats, all the performers are never stuck to just one character, they all kinda swap around until their best suited, its called understudying. it usual with plays. michaels played a few roles before i think and yes jacob brent did play pounce. and can anyone actually confirm for me if michale grubers gay ?? :( :( :( i want to marry that man and have little grubers running around with thighs jus as sexy as his lol. yeah im a bit obssessed yeh :)
It's a tour! It's like the british tour cast who play in portugal, but they aint portugese! Maybe korea doesn't have a local cast, and they probably subtitle it in korean anyway. God you are soo awkward!
