It would be stupid on Netflix's end not to pick it up for a 5th Season. All the critics loved this season, it's trending on Netflix constantly, and is always topping fan polls and article polls and has topped the binge report by beating Game of Thrones.
Not that I ain't agree with that, but that's actually the reason why the show should be ending right now. Leave at the top of the party, or you might end up to screw it all like GoT

@@micky100 To end the series without an answer of why Chloe is not affected by his powers and make him vulnerable would be kind of sad. But worst of all, we need to see GOD... i mean his daddy issues are his biggest problems since day 1 and we need a conclusion to that. Not to mention secondary things like Maze needing someone for her, maybe Eva returning, and doing something more with Ella and Dan.
If the series ended right here would not be bad, it would be ok, a decent ending for the series. But it can still deliver much more imo.
@@micky100 I strongly disagree. Lucifer has such a strong, brilliant writers team they could easily keep Lucifer going for at least another 2, maybe even 3 seasons on Netflix without affecting the quality of the show.
Theres so many unanswered questions revolving Lucifer and Chloe which could easily fill 2 10 episode seasons on it's own.
As for GOT, people seem quite pissed about it yet it's almost like as if they never expected it despite being teased for like the last 3 seasons. "All I want to do is make the world a better place..." No way that was going to end well.

Need to say this season was a hell of Ride. It has the perfekt mixture of all Seasons. Hope it get's a season 5 if not i will be sad but at least it has a somewhat fullfilling Ending. Told you this season was fantastic and yes there are rumours of there being a season 5 or even a second half of season 4 being released later this year. So until then we’ll done on your reactions and will watch again when the series continues. As it will because Netflix would not end such a well loved show with so many fans. So many more people have joined Netflix because of this show. Just read the comments and watch the channels people have created about this show.
Im praying to Lucifer for a season 5, but it's hard to believe that it could be this year. I guess Netflix would want to see how season 4 performs first, but if Netflix got the Lucifer series and doesn't deliver at least another season it would be the worst of the sins and it would deserve to be punished...

That whole 'second half of season 4' rumour came about because the originally planned plotline for season 4 was thought up when the writers were still expecting to be doing 24 episode seasons at Fox. So when they got picked up by Netflix who do 10 episode seasons they used the storyline for the first half of that original season 4, and when (not if, because fucking Hell Netflix would be crazy not to renew after the huge impact Lucifer has had since moving there) they get a season 5 they can write out and shoot the second half of the original planned storyline. It hasn't been written or filmed yet, but they do know what the season will be about, and Ildy Modrovich said recently they might even have written the first scene of the premiere. She said it was nuts, but potentially could be one of the most awesome things seen on the show. Oh MAN I can't wait for more, love this show...
Thanks for clarification re season 4. I am also looking forward to season 5 and can’t wait to see what they can accomplish as there are less restrictions on Netflix. Like you Really really praying season 5 will be released later this year.

Such a great season and capped off with another brilliant finale, it brought all the feels, and had such an epic fairytale feel to it I can't stand that it's over so soon! But I'm not complaining, I'm just still dealing with everything - might take a few rewatches before that happens. Netflix officially saved lucifer for 3 seasons, but it all depends on how good with the viewership the 4 season will be, performance wise. I think the chance is pretty good, i can see that on the trailer alone, that has millions of views + a lot of likes.

This episode really killed me. The ending is just heartbreaking. I need another season. I need Lucifer to get back to Chloe. He really loves her. He went back to the place he never wanted to go to again to protect her and the others of course but mostly her. The look on his face when she said I love you. It’s just amazing. I love that Chloe knows and have accepted it now they can do so much with that if we get a new season. It’s so fun to see her standing there talking about demons like it’s no big deal with maze. I hope we get to see more scenes between Chloe and Maze if we get another season. Maybe they could work together to get Lucifer back. I feel like they two of them should apologize to each other. Chloe for keeping Trixie from her and Maze for working with Pierce last year and pushing the two of them together even when she knew he was just using Chloe. Even when Maze Chloe would end up getting hurt. So then both need to apologize to each other

I really enjoyed your reaction for this- you really seem to bond with the characters, not afraid to emote, I'm looking forward to your reactions for season 5. In the meantime, can I suggest you do reaction to Band of Brothers? It's one of my favorite series ever and it's complete. While military series may not normally be your thing, that's a good thing- the reaction videos from people who aren't experienced in military stuff and come into it fresh have been the most interesting.

This season is the best of all. It was a hell of a ride ( pun intended) but we finally got a season where we see something LUCIFER-LIKE. LOVED this season! Hoping for S5 (pretty sure it'll come)

It was an awesome season, and damn this last episode is a real gut-punch. Fingers crossed season 5 does happen - it's fine (if bitter-sweet) ending if it doesn't go ahead, but I need my happily ever after damnit :) The only thing I was slightly disappointed about in this episode was the fight against the demons - it would have been nice to see it a bit more epic, with Amenadiel going full angel and Maze showing us why she's one of the strongest demons, and the two of them fighting as a team to take down hordes of the possessed humans. But that sort of thing costs a lot of money (and takes a huge amount of time to train for and film), so I doubt the budget would have let them even if that was the original plan.

I just found another show, Neil Gaiman is the co-writer (of the book) & executive producer of it, Good Omens...only 6 episodes but you might want to give it a look.

Honestly I loved this season more than any others and really hope they renew it for #Luciferseason5. Although if they don’t I can see this being a good finale for the show, my only issue is they didn’t do much with dan’s story except show he is angry but if they don’t get a season 5 I feel like he didn’t get a proper ending.
I think Dan's character was a "victim" of having the reduced episode count for the season. They had to focus on getting through the "main" story, and so side stories they would normally explore over 20 episodes had to be skipped (or at least only touched on in passing). Probably the same reason we didn't see much of Trixie (unless the actress isn't available much anymore).

I just found out that the season 5 episodes are gonna be 5 to 10 minutes longer. And the first episode starts off with Chloe being depressed missing Lucifer and going out dancing and drinking with Maze.
