Probably my favorite episode of the series so far. It had ALL the emotions! Chloe’s admission of love and Lucifer’s confirmation that his first love was “always” her. Amazing…
The way Chloe smiles looking at Lucifer after seeing him commanding all the demons, like "that's my man!" is very encouraging. One can see she has accepted him whole, no just the part she knew before. The way they designed the throne of hell, looks extremely lonely. Not in a throne room with his court or surrounded by his generals, but all by himself. After knowing what Lucifer had on Earth, looking at that throne doesn't get me a feeling of royalty, but one of despair, and I realize why ruling hell was a punishment.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong but Lucifer wasn’t confirmed to have a fifth season when this episode was released. I remember watching this not knowing if that was the series finale or not, and I think it was over a year between season 4 and 5. Watching this again through that perspective made this even more emotional
I think you are right but I remember there being a sense that it would be renewed season 5 was the one that was “cancelled” (which is why a certain character bit the dust and part of why it was broken apart) after airing, season 4 just took a bit to make.
"NO BOW DOWN TO YOUR KING!!!" It says a lot about Lucifer that that's all it takes for him to get the demons to listen to him (as in he's a badass). And the last scene, every time she says, "I love you please don't go" I lose it. And his face, after he says it....he's so happy because all he ever wanted was for her to say that, but at the same time, it hurts because he has to love her behind and HE'S CRYING WHEN HE'S KISSING HER! I'm crying while typing this....
Yes such an intense episode!!! When I first watched this honestly I was sobbing, didn't want Lucifer to go back to Hell. Can't wait for Season 5! P.S. really love your reactions Evie
I really want to say what happens in the end 😬but I don't think even the Devil could be that cruel (annoying, stupid, a complete d*ck!😂) So just gonna keep watching along😊 On a side note, I really Hope you continue with TVD series because we never had Legacies in the UK and, even though it's aimed at a younger audience, it still has some great moments (Danielle R Russell, mostly) it would be good to see the watch along as no one apart from myself has seen it (probably because we're all too old now but when you grow up with Buffy... Oh, do the original Buffy film too, it's really bad but great)😅

Dan and Ella totally practiced that rap in the break room. You can't tell me otherwise. 😂
Lucifer went beast mode to save everyone. They all backed down real quick. Next season is amazing. Can't wait for the reactions.
I know many are mad that Eve left Maze like this but I am honestly proud over her that she decided to leave and get to know herself before romance

I cried through a lot of season 4,5 and 6 the writers are so good!
@@crystall.411 I didn't cry during season 5. Not sure why. Season 6? Bawled.
Whether in Outlander or Lucifer, Graham McTavish is always trying to usurp the throne on behalf of Prince Charlie.
