Epic! I managed to get a softlock in W5 with a spade game, although this was by accident AND in a run. Have it clipped somewhere Never seen this one though, awesome stuff!
I was always wondering if the movements of this hammer brothers on the map screen could cause a soft block, well it turns out it can,if only nintendo discovered this rare fetal random bug just before release, they could,ve fixed it,but now i know about this fetal bug, i hold my breath to not get a spade card game on a place were i beated a hammer brother and were another hammer brother will walk over it,also i will hold my breath that those remaining hammer brothers will not get stuck and getting confused with eachother to walk forever on the map screen, ouch.
That set-up up above work on the GBA version only test it out today only one additional step is required on the GBA version after he beat lv1 and after he used the music box, the GBA version requires to go in an out of the pipe staying on the same side only once then do the remaining of the step, the reason for this. NES and SNES Toad house count for a turn on music box, while GBA toad house does not count for a turn on music box /watch?v=escH2QjqZJI
...And because it's two Sledge Bros arguing over where they should go next, it's probably going to register on the Richter Scale. R.I.P. SMB3 World 4...earthquaked to death by indecisive Hammies. World 4-1 Goomba: "Hey, Piranha Plant. Why's that red guy keep killing himself by running into you?" Piranha Plant: "I dunno. Maybe he's into vore?" Red Koopa: "I always thought vore was that blue hedgehog guy's thing..."
Seeing this happening, this game will then feels more like being supermariobros doomed 3,am glad i never discovered this as a kid or otherwise i would,ve felt myself to become paranoia everytime i would play this game because of fearing such softlock, However i remember having a long marrathon in world 6 after beating level 4,but likely to me no softlock happened but i was back then wondering if it could happen, I know softlock can also happen in the snes version, BUT am curious if it could also happen in the gba version???
Heh, raocow just had the Hammer Bros. of world 4 dance around for like 18 seconds straight in the video he just uploaded today. Fortunately, it didn't turn into a true softlock.
Oh yeah they can go for ages! I've seen it happen a few times in SMW warpless speedruns and have even seen them get stuck offscreen for like 30 seconds. Pretty funny and depressing at the same time
Lord Tom: Proof that it also work on the GBA version, only diffrence one extra thing is needed and I put it in the comment of my video /watch?v=escH2QjqZJI
I knew staying subbed even after a few years would pay off
Hehe yeah
Me too
I think that marching sound is going to be burned into my brain.
I didn't know about you until literally 6 minutes ago, and you just happen to upload earlier today? Crazy
That is funny...my last upload was 2 years ago. How did you hear about me?
@@LordTom77 Hi Dad I looked u up on YT didn't know you had so many subs
NES Super Mario brothers 3 will always be the number 1 game ever
Yep especially when playing during weekends on end😁

I would be so disappointed if I played Super Mario Bros. 3 and this happened.
This does not happen unless you do on purpose specially in that world
Nicely done!
The rumours are true; you ARE everywhere

Another way to soft-lock the game. 👌😂

You mean SMB3 warpless speedruns.
That’s nice
It's leg day.
That's softlock I never suceed with hammer brothers. I'm only able to softlock the game on level 1-3
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL, what a glitch xD
Well, technically its not a glitch. Just an exploit i guess.
