THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED!! now that my hair is getting closer to my shoulders I needed to figure out how to make it stand up in an afro. my fluffy big 70s fro is my FAVORITE way to wear my hair. as it gets longer it doesnt want to stand up. You are an AFRO GOD!!!! YASSS GIRL. you made my day.

I promise I dont have one. I just let it morph over a few days. It gets thicker and stiffer. And then I end up putting it in a puff.

Nope. For what? I'm bot in the business of driving myself crazy. Lol! Just make sure you condition your hair accordingly and trim as needed. I'm not gon a hold you, tho. I have legit been neglecting my hair this past year. I'm trimming my hair to right to see how jacked up it is. Stayed tuned. Lol. Cuz *I* dont even know how it's gon a turn out. But like I said, I never worried myself about those types of things. Just take care of your hair on a regular basis and everything should be straight. Don't detangle dry hair, always deep condition, etc.

is it bad if i retwist my hair every night and pick out my hair every morning to stretch the fro everyday?
Some people like to do that. I prefer to let it morph as the days go by it gets stiffer and easier to mold and style. So if I wanna do a side part or something, by day 3, it'll stand up straight without falling.

@@cliffordthomas8305 when my hair was that short, I did mostly twistouts and puffs. When it got a little longer, I did 2 puffs. But I kept it twisted majority of the time.
