Hi me too am such a survivor , my body does not seem to understand but I start to do , it makes me have anxiety and shake up , have diffuculty walking etc , I realise I do not need to have that anymore given the fact I am living somewhere safe with good friends contacting me daily so how do Imake my body understand this ? I am trying now for months but I still seem to be stuck . At first I did not even feel pain anymore ( my broken jaw did not hurt , now recently it started to hurt and I freaked out ... ) according to doctors these are good signs but still I need painmeds tough ; I really want to enjoy life again like everyone else but to me it is an experience I do not know ... Everything feels unknown to me and even freaks me out , I understand tough that these emotions are not neccisary and even unwanted ... Did I make progress by understand this ? I hope so , i find your video very helpfull ; because it is exactly what you say ! your body and mind need to become one again ... how do I do that ? I started moving around already like in your vide by my own , seems to be a promising start , thanks for the upload , you ar doing important work !
try out rebirth breath work - it helps you access trauma more easily to then release it from the body and mind :) I've been doing this technique for almost a year now and it completely changed my life
What if I just want to have a hissy fit, yell, scream, hit wood with a hammer and get all the crappy feelings out of me. Or as an INFJ do a tremendous door slam!!!!! I am serious about what I asked. Thank you for your response. Happy Christmas to you and your family. Miss Monique 🙂🙏🌷💗
Hey.. If u have suppressed anger inside you, then I highly recommend you to just experience it, Nothing else. Experience urself screaming, cussing, being angry at the ones who hurt you in the past, and all sorts of raging emotions. And if you feel like screaming, go shout on a pillow, scream while u are alone in your house or a car or when there is no one around you. Or like I do scream in a bucket full of water, the sound won't come out or can be heard by anyone.. Happy healing ❤
