I played this course with a golf society around 10-12 years ago. For a high handicap golfer, i was having a great round. I had two twos and two threes on the first 4 par 3s. Got to 16, hit it to 3ft and 3 putted. Golfs like that sometimes 😢
I think my first visit was some time back too. I don't remember much about it except it beat me - easily! A 3 jab is hard to take but those greens have some speed in them, very easy to make a mistake like that. One thing I do remember on that society day is we got sent to the par 5 3rd and played 1 & 2 at the end. I think I lost a ball down the 2nd. Lovely place, on my list for a second visit if the weather ever picks up. Cheers.
I will go back again at some point. The 2nd, 4th and 9th are the holes you need to decent tee shot on. The other holes are wide enough to accommodate a bit of a wild one. You will enjoy it, except the walk up 8!

I couldn't understand why they were going so fast, they didn't seem to be playing golf, just knocking it round and picking up on the greens. I did have a little laugh to myself when one of them hit it in the water next to the 17th tee box! That was the first round we could take the flag out and it was nice to get back to normal.
