Top Light seal: Thickness: 1,5mm ~1,73mm width ~143,4mm long + 8,9mm short part.
Buttom light seal: thickness: 1,5mm ~1,73mm width ~154mm long
Door seal: thickness: 1,5mm ~2,1mm width ~51,5mm long
Mirror foam: 39,5mm long 4mm width thickness: 3mm

Put a few drops of alcohol when install the camera seal, its let you put much easier the little Window seal, when the alcohol evaporates, gets glued!! 👏🤙👍🇦🇷
Thank you for doing these vids! This one was very helpful while replacing my F3 HP seals. One thing I've found helpful while separating the replacement foam from the backing paper: start at a corner and gently push the foam away with a dental pick (or similar). You want to separate the foam from the backing, not the backing from the foam. It makes it much easier. I wholeheartedly agree: removing/cleaning the foam from the door took much longer than I anticipated. 😅
Yeah it can be really tricky to peel of the wax paper...

Same. Probably my least favorite "chore". The thing I especially hate is trying to keep the seals from twisting during install. Patience isn't one of my virtues. haha
A matchstick paired down to the diameter works better I find less time consuming especially on the flat parts.Put one end on the start, line your foam to the end of the match and gently bring the lot into the slot. 😊
It is not necessary to tape the shutter up. I have worked on more than 90 F3 bodies and I simply set the speed dial to T mode and actuate the shutter. It will stay open until you move it away from the T position. ;)
Good tip, although I think covering the shutter assembly helps to mitigate FOD entry whether it's open or closed.

I was wondering if you have come through the F3 at electronic level.
Im having a problem with mine.
Speeds are working and so it is A Mode, exposure lock is also fine, but…
The primary shutter release button does not work. Camera works only with emergency shutter release, with it I get all speeds.
I’ve done a regular cleaning of all contacts beneath the film advance, seconds curtains release and such.
Nothings changed.
Any thoughts on what can I do?

The F3 has two mirrors and each has it's own foam bump.
You only replaced the big one....
The smaller mirror lives behind the big one and it's foam stop is a lot trickier to replace
