  • The high demand for Fireball Tool tables and fixtures along with some packaging errors has delayed the fulfillment of my complete order. I'm hopeful that I won't have to email the company again, regarding my order, after getting these two packages.

Don’t know if you remember my comment from the last video but the rest of our fixtures came in and we’ve finally got all of our order

I do remember, that's fantastic! I was surprised and pleased that Fireball Tool followed up via email to make sure I received everything. I let them know about the clamp mix-up, so we'll see how that goes. I hope these conversations caught their attention so they can prevent future fulfillment problems. Enjoy the table.

It seems they haven't improved much a couple years ago I ordered around $700 worth of fbt not only did they screw most of it up but they then required me to return the whole order including the parts that they were lucky enough to get correct said it was Co. Policy I told them to keep it now I only order a few parts at a time they seem to do better I've said it before they just been smoken way to much in Cali !!!
Seemes that would do better to find another shipper.

I had the same problem. The FB people over in California kept messing up my orders all the time. Literally, 9 times out of 10 orders, they get my orders wrong. It is very frustrating, and I am afraid of placing future orders for that reason.

That is pretty bad. Hopefully, these discussions and videos can highlight customers' frustrations and concerns, so they improve the fulfillment process

Keep the vertical clamps way more useful than the vice grip clamps and probably worth twice as much too

The 5" vice grip style clamps are $37 and the vertical 8" clamp are $27. I'll have to compare the reach of the different clamps. In some applications I can see the vice grip benefits, but my go to has been the vertical clamps.

FBT makes some outstanding products. But their Fulfillment/Logistics suck. I have not ordered a single thing that didn’t either take way too long, was incorrect, or partial shipped. Pretty damn frustrating to support a small business who specializes in the “trade” and can’t get how critical it is for those customers that products ordered are received correctly, promptly. We don’t have time to chase wrong orders down and reorder. We need it, we order it, we need to use it. Now.
Perhaps Jason should stockpile large inventory THEN advertise it for sale. Or at least provide lead times on their website so we can adjust our plans. It reflects very badly upon.
Magnificent table and tooling you got there!

Agreed. Funny how other sellers are having the same problem. I dealt with Trick tools, and it is hit and miss. I placed three orders, and all of them were either missing something or sent the wrong tool. Also, the Arc-Zoon shipping waiting time took a month to have some clamps at my doorsteps!
I think Amazon is the way to go, even if this means paying more!

On the phone and in emails, everyone I have dealt with have been helpful and easy to work with, so I'm not sure where the disconnect might be. It seems like most companies that come out with great products, struggle for an extended period before production eventually catches up with demand. The gamble of stockpiling would be lack of demand and/or defective/ineffective products, and too many companies pump those out. In the end I've been very happy with the table.

Not to impressed with fireball tools shipping the wrong shit plus 3 separate orders. Wtf

It was the original order and two subsequent deliveries. I don't know if it's incompetance or poor communication. On the original shipment, there was no packing list detailing items that may have been backordered. 2nd shipment only came with 2 5" clamps with a packing list showing, 1 as backordered, though I was still missing 4. So I had to email to find out if the other items had been missed or if they were backordered. A customer should have to ask. So are they bad about describing what missing and why or do they not manage shipments well, I don't know. Most will assume they are simply screwing up. The table and fixture system once you get it all, is fantastic.
