There are no words or compliments that are enough not only for Evanescence as a group but for that angel voice that is in charge of Amy Lee, this woman is a true artist of those that there is no longer and that a lot is needed in the face of so much garbage music imposed by the media. On behalf of a whole generation that, thanks to bands like this, knew what real music was, I beg you, please, never leave us. Needless to say, the entire album is sensational. Congratulations Evanescence.
Its still incredibly hard to hear and understand her. As someone who hasn't listened to it more than twice (and therefore doesn't know the words) it doesn't sound any different to me. I think you just know the lyrics because you've listened to it so your brain is tricking you into thinking her vocals are clearer. Really a bummer to me because I like the song but the production of it irritates me enough to not want to listen to it. I feel like I have cotton in my ears.
I came here just to comment this exact same thing. I listened to the album on spotify and also the audio youtube version of this same song and sadly a ton of the album's loud music drowned out her beautiful vocals and same case as everybody commented on the audio version of this track in particular. I can hear the vocals better on this version, they must have upped them
@@alixghandour Nah don't be like that, like honestly as much as I love this band and I'm a die hard, I admit that I skipped through most songs on this album halfway through and only stayed through like 3 songs or something, sadly this album and the last one are both slow burns, they need time to grow on you and then you won't stop blasting them, but yeah WYW still sucks lol.

Who thumbs this down...clearly has no musical taste. This is dark and delicious just like Evanescence should be. Powerful vocal and amazing lyrics video, so much imagery it would be just as good as the proper video. Just how 2021 should be
Dunno where you are at but my town is one of pretty high unemployment rate normally even pre pandemic...their attitude is you will put up with every abuse or just not have a job...for people that own homes or whatever what are they gonna do...pack up and move 300 miles away so they can have a job? Ive yet to see different here. Know so well what you are talking about...if it were a romantic relationship hypocrites be saying " get out get out" but for work its fine!?
