  • It’s concert and recital season! How are you dealing with your performance anxiety? In this video I give you a great breathing technique to do right before you perform. Alternate Nostril Breathing will help you calm your nerves and become more focused for your performance.

    Very relaxing and calming. I did some of these on stage during my bars rest, worked a treat to calm my nerves 😊

    I’m taking my LSAT tomorrow. I’ve done all I can and am just focusing in on the mental discipline. This helped me focus, definitely doing it a couple more times before the exam. I’ll take you up on your advice next time 😂
