The only people who kill for no reason a crazy people and serial killers. Maybe it wasn't just him. In the movie scream there was more than one killer.
The people who say this usually have a ridiculous theory that a 100 pound roommate did it and never left any evidence on their phone or anywhere else. And, of course, there’s also no reason in that scenario. There’s no reason anyone would do it so it would be impossible to find someone who had a reason to do it
When a crime is solved correctly, it is very simple. What makes this seem complex and complicated, is that people are combining false news reports, true facts, and fiction from the internet. That makes a giant mess.
@@JeffSherlock I think this whole thing is a source of entertainment to people. The actual facts and evidence don’t really matter…
After watching a zillion true crime cases I can assure you people, he did not commit this brutal crime! It was too personal for it to be BK. It had to be someone else a lot more comfortable with the house and also connected to the victims. There are many other people who it could have been. He had taken several steps before the murders and graduated to a killer, he had been stalking that house and fantasizing about the murders for 6 months.
People not familiar with the case or can’t hear well the prosecutor himself said that he did not stalk the house, look it up his name is Bill Thompson. I can’t believe they are still saying this knowing it’s not factual, damn
Bill Thompson said he was not stalking the house or victims because he cannot prove the legal definition of stalking. But he never said that Bryan was not watching those girls and/or that house for weeks before he killed them!
Stalking has a very specific legal definition. The victim(s) must be aware of the actions a person is taking in order for it to constitute stalking. He could still have been watching the house and/or victim(s) without their knowledge. So no stalking is correct, but it doesn't mean he wasn't watching.

I can’t count how many times I’ve seen this comment. It’s you who are slumbering. According to Idaho law, stalking requires that those being stalked be aware of the situation. In this case, the one(s) being stalked-iMO, Maddie and perhaps Kaylee-didn’t know what BK was up to, which was illegal surveillance, what Peeping Tom’s do to gaze upon their targets with lust and to learn their habits. BK was creeping and peeping, probably drooling at the luscious fruit he could never get to even date, let alone to f**k. How do you pro-burghers explain the 12 times his phone pinged off the nearest cell tower to the house, all but one late a night? What was he doing in the Moscow area so many times at night? Shopping? officer Payne admitted out of the thousand hours of video footage they don’t have Bryan’s car on video once, not once so I’m not sure where your information is coming from. We do know three out of the 12 times his phone pinged the tower that covered 1122 Queen Rd., He wasn’t there, but it doesn’t matter because the prosecution said he wasnt stalking them, there’s no connection between Bryan and that house and anybody who lived there
Can somebody please inform Harvey & Ashleigh that neither law enforcement nor the prosecution (or any other official) has ever said that Bryan went to the house numerous times and just watched. The PCA simply states that his phone pinged off the same tower that the house uses 12 times. Cell towers have a range of up to 45 miles, and Bryan only lived 10 miles from 1122 King Rd. The PCA even states that at the time of one of the pings, police do not believe he was in Moscow. That just proves that his phone can ping off that tower when he is not in the area. Not sure why they would include that in their own PCA. Kind of stupid.
Such an important point. All of the pings were from when Kobgerger was in Pullman. The Wawawai Park, is some 25 miles or more to the West of Pullman, not the east. These TV boneheads just do not get that.
@JeffSherlock well, we don't know where he was when his phone pinged off that tower, but this stalking narrative has to be put to an end. There is no proof of it, and Bill Thompson (the prosecutor) said in court that Bryan was NOT stalking them. We do know that he was in Moscow for other things, such as the pool party he attended. I'm sure his phone pinged off that tower then.
@loislane9826 Kaylee's dad said Bryan's phone "touched their wifi." We don't know exactly what he meant. Was he just referring to the phone pings? Maybe confused on what a ping was? Or is there something else. We have no idea at this point. And, even if his phone did try to connect to the wifi in the house, that does not prove he committed m*rder.
Exactly. All the evidence they have is circumstantial. In the PCA it was stated that Bryan did NOT stalk the roommates. The BIG QUESTION is.... Why did Dylan and Bethany take 8+ HOURS to eventually call 911 from a house drenched in blood everywhere, a house that smelt of death and blood and bodies? The police smelt the stench the second they entered the house via the first floor though the bodies were on second floor. Why didn't the surviving roommates smell anything. Why didn't they see any blood? SMH. There's more but I've wasted enough time for now.

Sadly the way courts are conducted does not allow such out bursts with out repercussions. Courts will not tolerate the person being accused , nor the public attending in the gallery, to speak out. So if BK were to shout out his innocence, would be counter productive. So why when he did profess his innocence, at his arrest, do you not believe him then? There actually isnt a lot of evidence (what has been revealed to the public) that attaches BK to the crime. There is no evidence that he stalked the house, in fact the prosecution has said that he did not stalk (Idaho def of stalk) the victims. His cell phone pinged in the area 12 times. Moscow Idaho and Pullman Washigton are only 15 minutes from each other, it is relativly normal for him or anyone to go between the 2 cities. especially being a college student, WA has legal WEED and ID does not. He was not nearby to look at the sky, his alibi was that he was at wawai park which is in Washington NOT that he was nearby looking at stars, the DNA is touch(transferrable) DNA not regular DNA (bodily fluids). Experts got the car year wrong, Experts say that the cell data that is present does not necessarily put him in the area, if there was a clear phot /video of the car we would have had him right away because the plates were PA plates. and only a back plate. there are plenty of other people who had more motive than BK did.

Stalking has a very specific legal definition. The victim(s) must be aware of the actions a person is taking in order for it to constitute stalking. Shopping? @@user-si7ch4mh2mor no evidence connecting him other than the planted sheath..
Didn’t his phone try and connect to the Wi-Fi inside the home while he was nearby on occasions?
Msm pushing msm narrative.
How did the killer know no one in the house owned a gun?
What evidence❓
Ted Bundy went into a building with 8 women, two or three in every room armed with a log, killed or severly injured everyone in that house in a matter of minutes. Not one scream from anyone.
So there is that, Harvey the lawyer.
Yes weird. Multiple weapons used. Wounds were different. Kaylee beaten and assaulted. No way was this all done in 10 minutes. No way the two roommates didn’t hear more. Prosecutor says he wasn’t stalking. Those kids were not sleeping. They were up. We need to wake up and question everything. Nothing makes sense in this case. He’s saying tons of evidence but the sheath isn’t a weapon and the dna wasn’t direct fingerprint, the phone pings aren’t reliable, his alibi didn’t prove anything. The prosecution said he wasn’t stalking. This is why we need fair reporting.
Maybe the 2 left were tired of roommates and hired Kohberger to help them. (sarc)🤔

Also regarding Ashleigh’s statement, there is no proof that sheath belongs to Bryan nor do we know it held the murder weapon. Please don’t present it that it was.

I bet that’s a backdrop/green screen behind Harvey and he’s just sitting at his house.. 😝 😂
He thought Maddie was alone and also thought everyone was asleep. He killed one and just kept killing as he moved through the house. Kaylee's mom said it best, "He came in to kill one and ended up killing four."
Do you have a crystal ball or are you a mind reader?
No disrespect to Kaylees mum at all, but she is not an investigator or expert in crime and how it's committed .

He could see 6 cars in the front lot, he probably watched the DoorDash delivery so he knew at least 1 person was up.
Where's your evidence for him thinking Maddie being alone Also you cannot use stalking since the prosecution has said that's bogus Also you cannot use stalking since the prosecution has said its bogus
Harvey is dead wrong he acted alone. The home was a party house i am sure the murderer had been in the house before and knew the layout.

Exactly, BK is more credible than the other people that were there at scene including two surviving Frozen shock sleeping housemates 🥶🥶 BK is not guilty
How is he "more" credible? Whether or not he did it, I'm just waiting to hear the evidence before I declare him guilty or not guilty. To me that is the correct approach.
Forget the cops' "Frozen shock" wording. It means nothing.
@@Doris1888 well he wasn't there? Others were there trampling the crime scene, someone had already checked out before cops got there? Where's the 911 call? I would say that BKs alibi is more believable compared to those people!

Levin Is incorrect about him stalking the house because in one of the hearings, Thompson said he never stalked them! Kaylee had over 50 stab wounds! #1) we don't know he never killed before.
#2) it was a party house and people likely to be sleeping under some intoxicating substance...
He did not stalk the victims-Bill Thompson the prosecutor
The house was also a known drug house.
How do you assume that all the residents were asleep? According to the PCA, Xana received a food delivery shortly before the alleged time of the incident and was active on TikTok. Dylan reportedly opened her door several times because she heard loud noises and voices. The PCA states she could understand what was being said and saw a man dressed in black with bushy eyebrows and a mask before entering a frozen shock phase. It's also known that the police heavily relied on the phone data of the surviving roommates to create the timeline.
If you accept these statements as accurate, you cannot simultaneously claim, without any evidence, that the residents were under the influence of substances and sleeping soundly to make it fit what you want to be true. Additionally, there was no party at the house that evening.
No party is needed for substance use.
@@Romina1907. Just because there wasn’t evidence of a full blown party that night doesn’t mean people weren’t doing drugs. And not all drugs make people knock out.

I totally agree. He did this alone. He knew if he involved anyone else it was risk.
Well everything we’ve seen as evidence points that he wasn’t even there, so there’s that
I think Kohberger confronted circumstances he didn't plan for like the two girls sleeping in the bed together and running into other roommates in the home. Adrenaline can enable a person to do things physically they normally couldn't do
Then where's the injuries or scars on his body
@@CelticRuneSinger Four days after the incident, BK attended a pre-scheduled doctor's appointment. It was reportedly a general check-up related to his PhD studies. While protective gloves might have prevented cuts, it's implausible that his hand wouldn't have been visibly bruised after repeatedly stabbing four people. The knife allegedly used has a guard to prevent slipping, but stabbing through human muscles and hitting bones again and again in a short time would cause his hand to hit the guard with significant force with each stab. There is no way that the person who did this walked out of the house without any injury.
I agreee with the concept. I do not at all agree that Kohberger had anything to do with this.
Were all the injuries from the same knife? If so then he must’ve been the only one. I don’t believe he’s too smart, but I believe he thinks he is.

It's ridiculous to read the comments of those desperately trying to make BK Bundy 2.0. They insist it could still be true whenever something comes to light that doesn't support their narrative. These same people naively believe in a mountain of evidence that Santa is supposedly hiding for strategic reasons, ready to dump on the defense during the trial.
Hint: It doesn't work this way, and the last hearings were quite sobering. There is no mountain of evidence. Over 1.5 years after the crime, they can't even prove the story they put in the PCA.
It's not about your fantasies but justice for the victims and BK's rights. Both are closely linked and depend on the work of the investigators and the prosecution. Anyone claiming to want justice for the victims and their families should hold the prosecution to the highest standards.

I think he went there that night to kill one person (he probably thought he was slick enough to pull that off without anyone else knowing) & he killed the three others because he had too (things didn’t go to plan) cause his target was not alone in the room (remember, the one girl had already moved out & came back to visit & show them her new car) the couple were still up & probably heard him & Ethan probably confronted him, so that led to their deaths, but we won’t know anything for sure till the trial
I think that is exactly what happened too. He kept running into people on the way out so he had to kill them to get out. I also think the reason he didn’t kill the last girl was he was exhausted and thought he may get caught if he didn’t get out quickly.
