The 2024 kx450 needs to be dynoed ALOT of people are complaining that its slow LIKE REALLY SLOW compared to last year even with the airbox grommet removed

not made for high RPM power
@@speedyme200 its common for most big 650 thumpers to burn oil if held over 5k rpm. Dunno why anyone would, they make all their power under that.
@@tieoneon1614my 2002 lc4 640 makes 54hp at the wheels at 7000rpm. The 690 makes 72rwhp at 6500rpm. It's more of the fact that japanese 600+cc thumpers are where they were 30years ago with zero innovation.

@@tieoneon1614 my 640 bought my dad as a brand new bike. In the 22 years of ownership had 0 issues 💁 they're bulletproof if you are not a dumbass. And smokes my GFs dad's DR650 any day of the week

35hp at the wheel, wich means most likely 45 crank horse power, wich is the same output as the 750cc Honda shadow, in a lighter bike.
What you need? 300hp? buy h2r and then try to climb mountain in dirt track

Yeah numbers don’t mean anything, the bike is like a tractor will go up anything and they haven’t change anything on the bike except the color, must mean something, the people that talk trash about it are sheep just following the trend buying KTM , YZs and things like that, everyone I’ve ever talked to that has one or had one loves them so ride on brother
