I cannot express how happy I am with the current Godzilla Renaissance. We are in right now. a movie last year, a movie in theaters this year, a movie coming out next year, a series currently streaming, and him currently fighting the justice league and killing superman. My heart is so content with all of this.

One of. I think the most popular is Behemoth? She's also less strictly following Godzilla than the others, even defying him in one of the Monsterverse comics.

When Superman “died” in his fight with Doomsday, his heart rate slowed to the point everyone thought it stopped completely. His “corpse” was retrieved and he was restored to health, though depowered, and had to spend a few months wearing a black costume designed to maximize his solar absorption.

1) I think Batman is sorta reacting the same as he did in the old DE:AU episode Hereafter cartoons when Toyman 'Killed' Superman. Batman refused to acknowledge superman's death without concrete proof.

I mean if you heard superman died and you weren't there, would you believe it? Batman is like the few characters in DC that are actually written good and is believable when plot armor doesn't keep him alive.
I love how simple Godzilla is. He just thinks you soft and will smack you around a bit. Ive gotten a little tired of these super elaborate schemes and super powerful characters falling to weaker ones or weird plot points. This here is just "Godzilla doesnt like Superman, specifically". The issue I have with this is they don't treat them as just giant wild animals they treat them as aliens and monsters not of earth. I get that's how the super heroes would see them at that very moment but they're smart enough to realize "hey these are just animals"
The thing is, at least some of them aren't just animals. They've demonstrated repeatedly in their Monsterverse movies that they are at or near human level intelligence. And they are also aliens and monsters not of this Earth. If these creatures had been on DC Earth, they'd have made themselves known long before this.

You are right about one thing Rob, people sleep on how powerful Shazam can really be. I think it was in his fifth issue of the dawn of DC (Shazam main comic) where he practically stopped the moon itself from spinning out of control. And he was the only one able to go toe-to-toe with Superman during the Kingdom Come universe.

Up until Superman got hit by the Atomic Breath, he and Godzilla were pretty matched. Though I do think it’s because he was holding back like always. You see, I don’t think most people remember this but Superman is weak to ionizing radiation and Godzilla’s breath is essentially that. A blast of ionizing energy. It’s like if Superman was hit by a blast or kryptonite. It’s also why I think when Superman takes nukes they hurt him because they drain his powers.

He can fly through the sun ... I mean, Superman is weak to Kryptonite emissions specifically - not all ionizing radiation. Seriously, if he was - Lex would have taken him out with an XRAY gun his 2nd day in the city.
EDIT: Funnily enough, I think kryptonite radiation is actually non-ionizing - which is why its considered safe exposure for humans even over long periods of time.

Behemoth is a benevolent titan and will only attack if threatened, so it will be interesting what Diana will do if she will try to peacefully communicate with him.

A lot of the Titans from this comic are shown in that movie, the depictions are also 1:1 to where Im 100% sure this is literally Godzilla & Co from that movie trilogy’s universe…

Two of my favorites.
I haven’t seen the more recent Japanese movie where Godzilla starts as a tadpole lizard and evolves. I didn’t really like how that one looked.

Clown, Superman and the justice league would rip the giant lizard apart. But because that would be a boring story the had to make this story take place outside of canon with weaker versions of the characters.

Godzilla's Atomic breath is capable of harming and killing Supes simply because of it's radiation. We've seen what a nuke can do to Superman, however he's not dead yet he just needs some juice from the sun to revitalize himself.
