American talk show hosts must take notes about how to host talk show from Graham. They seems so full of themselves.
Jimmy Fallon is the worst! He's constantly interrupting the guests to talk about himself. He can be fun, but I can't watch anymore because of the self-centeredness. I love James Corden because he is British and therefore hilarious and of course his carpool karaoke skits. Stephen Colbert is smart and sassy and hates Trump so I usually watch him.

I have this same issue. Walked on my toes as a kid. Have to constantly keep telling myself to walk normal haha
it's so weird. his old walk does look so strange but I can't tell what's wrong with it even after replaying it over and over again. something is just off

He basically lands on the ball of his feet instead of heel, only then he puts the heel to ground. I know cuz I have similar problems and have analysed my walk far too much. Funny tho cuz this episode prompted me to do something about it. Made me feel like it's changeable in my twenties if he can do it in his thirties
P. S. I realize now tho, its far too unrealistic for me to correct it since I have to live on my tiptoes being 152 cm. Can't even get tea without standing on tippies mate

I walk the same way I’m glad someone else walks like that
I had a similar thing happen to me about a two years ago. I've always walked/sat/stood with my toes pointed out (first position, for those who take ballet) and never noticed or thought about it until I had a knee injury. My Physical Therapist had to tell me that I needed to try standing up and walking with my toes pointed straightforward - it was such a revelation! I still have to consciously think to do it when I stand up or walk.
Darn! I always get so excited when I see that there are new clips posted. Then I click on then and see that they are old clips that have been edited just a bit and reposted.

I have a weird walk too.. since I have irlen syndrome.. which it’s where the scotopic nerve is sensitive to light.. so I have light sensitivity and that can mess with my depth perception and balance and seeing over all.. and even now with my glasses I’m still very much terrible at balance.. sometimes.. depending on the day.. and my mood.. but then I’m a very flamboyant and over all a very spirited and joyous person! That reeks of energy!!!! So I let my body language do the talking for me.. it could be both irlen and my body language but.. yeah.. that’s my life’s story..

It's not that silly now, but perhaps with Government backing he could make it very silly.
It is fine. I also only learn to walk properly in my 30's..mainly because my knees hurt, so I was figuring out what am I doing wrong. I have corrected my walk ever since, from the videos I learn on RUclips. You were right, press heel to toe and repeat.
So heel to toe is the secret to walking normally? Cause I have the same issue and EVERYONE comments on that lol

I used to have the opposite problem where I apparently walked like you would pedal a bike. A friend commented I rolled my entire foot with each step, heel to toe. Self conscious, I tried to not be so "roll-y" but instead I now tend totrip over everything because I don't pick up my feet high enough.

Walking on your toes is the right way to walk lol just no one does it anymore.
It was the right way to walk before our shoes had decent soles. Almost everyone still walks like that when barefoot on rough ground.
I used to walk on my toes, until my physio told me it was hurting my back and taught me how to walk properly.
Laka: People only walk on their toes (or balls of their feet), if they are, for instance, trying to make their way through broken glass. Watch the Kenyan runners who run barefoot for long distances. Heel comes down first. Only sprinters come up on the balls of their feet in order to run fast.
But, interesting subject. And, let's stop with "best" way to walk. We're all individuals. "Best" way for any of us to walk is the way that feels most comfortable to use. Not everything in life needs to be a competition.
@@arx754 No, you got it backwards. And there is a correct way to walk since we are all humans. Heel first causes knee and back issues, especially if you're an athlete.
look yall know that just because something was done before it's the right way. we only needed to use the toes first because we didn't have proper shoes, so if you step on something it won't hurt as much.
