I’d like to see you connect bixton with quincy harbour next episode maybe? It’d probably look really cool with all of the neighbourhoods fully connected together!
Great series! It's not a death wave like in CS1, rather it is due to a major expansion. When you expand rapidly and you have a large influx of residents, inevitably there will be a cohort of sims of a similar age and they die around the same time. Although sims are 'individually' simulated, the simulation only goes so far, so it will seem like a death wave. I was worried about it at first, but when I started to slow down and not expand in large chunks it stopped happening
Another great video. As always I see the need for more parking. The disease center and those new offices definitely need some parking, maybe even a parking garage. Also the college could use some. Perhaps even some housing around the campus.
Fantastic looking city!! Do you have any way, or are you considering letting viewers download your save files? I would love to explore you city in person! Thanks!
Pls do something abt the farms near the medical uni, they look pretty outta place, a highrise office/residential park would be incredible in the heart of the premeter. Thank u for the city and gameplay, you rock dude!!
To build a building of that size to be a North American themed city as you say and not have parking lots is Ludacris 🤯…the U.S. loves their parking lots…
@@Tripskthrills Its not a bug. He has pretty large lot sizes because he just painted low density. If he had a mod like Extended Tool Tips, he'd see what the rent is to live in all that land. Plus, if the warning is ignored long enough, there are actually no one living in the houses. Half the neighborhood could be empty and he wouldn't know.
Cant wait for a hadron collider! That would be so cool in this city, also most of it is underground so you would only have to worry about the metros (if im thinking of the right thing, please place it!)
i’m lovin the CIB, but with that i’m thinking it might be time to start up zoning some of downtown auburn. nothing crazy, but just a couple of taller buildings would look nice across the bay from bixton
The police bureau where you placed it, it’s not actually connected to the interchange, from what I can see it connected to the other road going into housing estate, might need to add a few words to it can go onto the interchange.
hi i think you should build a medium sized rest area at the side of a big highway (where motorists will step aside and rest). it should provide parking, commercial uses, the gas station, and other ammenities (whatever you like to put in there!)

I really liked the placement of the intelligence bureau, reminds me of when going around the beltway around DC and the pentagon and how its situated

So it is a death wave like in CS1, zoning huge residential areas at once was the main cause of death waves in that game too.
You are my favourite sity skyline two content creator. Love your contact.😊
We love your city and videos that increase knowledge of be city

3:13 You have a square to spare. You can spare a square.
I think you could make artificial island, what do you think? 🤔
I would like to see some kind of statue or historical building on the island infront of the bridge for example the statue of liberti in NY
Good vid like always
The thing I Love about your videos is perfection. Keep maintaining it.
Love from INDIA...❤
FYI ....u don't have to destroy the ruins ....you can't just move them next time 😊
I’m so excited for this game to come out on console
I am a console player to and I kind of don’t want it to come to consoles now I like CS1 better
why don't you use high density commercial ?
First comment. I want a heart for the comment and I love your videos.
Great vid
What happened to day night cycles?
I turned them off for a build and forgot to turn them back on lol. I'll turn them back on.
😂

what are you going to do about high rent
It's a bug in the game he tried to fix it and nothing worked.
Upzone around some transit stops! Haha the people demand density

You could have relocated the ruins if you didn't want to demolished them

I think the muscle car garage would look better in an industrial area, since it has a junkyard

You should make Quincy look more port like by adding like docks jetting out of the shore.

NGL it was a missed opportunity to not build the refinery more in line with the harbor on reclaimed land.
oil refinery might cause large air polution, i would consider placing it somewhere else so that it doesn't affect houses.
id love to see a new downtown with skyscrapers in the corner of the map next to auburn
