You mentioned Bar Harbor, and there are a lot of names from Acadia you could pull from. Somesport (after Somes Sound). Jordan (after Jordan Ridge, Jordan Pond, and Jordan Pond House). My family has had homes there for 4 generations now, and there are family names you hear a lot there. Somes, Sutton, Jordan, Spurling, Fernald, Bunker, Gilley. Islesford ME has a Bunkers Neck and Gilley Beach.
Also you have the Penobscot mountains, which is named after the Penobscot Native Americans of the area. So, you could name it Penobscot. Or you could name it after the tallest mountain in Maine, which is Katahdin, in Baxter State Park.

My only advice or maybe recommendation would be to get rid off of the old water dumping station and replace it with maybe water recycling centre and I think everyone will be pleased to see that brown stain in the middle of Bixton slowly disappearing.

There's a train station in the city that have 4 or 5 lines, I don't know, sharing two platforms. It would be good to upgrade to more platforms like the new city station.

Your city is my favourite of the cities I follow at the moment. It would be great to see you revamp and grow downtown now that these are large suburbs to support it.
Your lines will repopulate if you delete and replace, or move a station or depot, for the most part, sometimes you need a bit of reworking but the pathfinding will do a pretty good job. I had to do it several times because you can't move sub buildings

Cargo harbours are outside sea connections, the rail line should then connect to a cargo rail station somewhere in your city to transport to and from your main city to remove cargo traffic from the roads. Connecting that rail from the cargo harbour to the outside of the map isn't doing anything, you will importing cargo and then just exporting it again

Sequim. It’s a small town couple hours NW of Auburn. I live in Sequim. It’s a great tiny farm and good fishing town.
