Congratulations on 100K! I have tried a few of your dishes, so simple and delicious. I want to try doing something more with rice paper; next time I am doing stirfried vegetables, I will wrap them and fry them, and make a dipping sauce. Yum!

Thank you for your videos! I'm new and am going back through and watching videos :). I would have to say what I want to try most is kimchi jjiggae made by someone else. I can't get the kimchi I make to ferment long enough to make jjiggae taste good... (I always eat it too fast!)

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the Spicy Pork (Jeyuk Bokkeum) Rice Paper Rolls! As for storing kimchi, if you prefer not to use plastic containers, I recommend glass jars or containers. They help preserve the flavor well during fermentation and are more environmentally friendly. Definitely give it a try when you make kimchi!😊👏👍

Thank you for your videos! I'm new and am going back through and watching videos :). I would have to say what I want to try most is kimchi jjiggae made by someone else. I can't get the kimchi I make to ferment long enough to make jjiggae taste good... (I always eat it too fast!)

What would you recommend for storing kimchi? I want to make it, but I don't care for plastic storage.

They help preserve the flavor well during fermentation and are more environmentally friendly. Definitely give it a try when you make kimchi!😊👏👍
