    Our society is considering redevelopment and all the society uncles and managing committee members only talk about the positives. They talk about how everyone will get an additional bedroom, modular kitchen, et cetera. I, a young man in his 20s, am never taken seriously and face this 'beizzati' regularly. But I don't want to lose my most valuable asset just to spare my feelings. How should I approach this? Any advice?

      Show Krishna 's all videos to elderly person. some uncle or aunty whom you know well and has some balls in them. Also collect news from various sources and present your argument to them strongly in respectfull manner .

    Our building in Kothrud is going for redevelopment. 2-3 members have critical evidence that the chairman and secretary have taken large amount (cash or kind) from the builder in lieu of getting him the project. Point is we are in minority hence

    It's difficult to obtain builders history or track record effortlessly. They form limited liability partnerships per project and involve local corporators, politicians, and mafia as their partners.
    SRA projects are where most scams are cooked. In such projects, countless deserving families lose their homes or countless undeserving bastards gain free apartments. The quality of constructions is also substandard.

    Well ,in my society when I spoke against a committee without permission of members meeting builders with more 10 building togethers .
    To permission of self redeveoplment but went meeting builders for clusters because here they will get good commission from builders.@Krishnaraj rao

    Very misleading video. Development is not need of builder but society needs more because building had become old and not in very habitable state to live.
    He is saying that all Managing committee members are corrupt which very incorrect. Infact those who think that MC is corrupted then they should enter in the managing committee or form separate redevelopment committee and run the show Then they will come to how difficult to do the redevelopment process.
    Nowadays after implementation of Rera rules are very strict for developers. Also he said that even if the building is not completed then also developer earns money which shows that he does not have the real knowledge about the industry. He seems to having grudge on some developer and he is seeing all developer from same specs.
    If you are doing redevelopment then take this video seriously. Only be more vigilant and studious.
    Don’t just act on borrowed knowledge and information.

      No. Builders offers money to Building Management committee and there all corruption starts. This is what he have been saying in lots of his videos.

In this situation can I sell my flat to Builder to avoid this redevelopment. Is there any rules that Builder have to buy the flat if any member is not willing to go in this redevelopment and ready to buy another house.

    First make it clear what you are trying to tell the people. Whether to go with or not to go with redevelopment. You are blaming committee. Then you are blaming Builder. First make it clear are you aware of the process? You are not telling people what precautions need to take. Redevelopment is the only solution for old buildings.

    Tere jaise sab honge to koi redevelopment hoga hi hai. Aaj lakho log naye modern bade Ghar me majje se rehte hai aur unke flats ki value 2/3/4 Guna ho gayi hai. Aur koi bhi member chahe to khud pataa kar sakte hai. Magar mehnat nahi karne kisi ko.
