They talk about how everyone will get an additional bedroom, modular kitchen, et cetera. I, a young man in his 20s, am never taken seriously and face this 'beizzati' regularly. SRA projects are where most scams are cooked. In such projects, countless deserving families lose their homes or countless undeserving bastards gain free apartments. The quality of constructions is also substandard.

Very misleading video. Development is not need of builder but society needs more because building had become old and not in very habitable state to live. He is saying that all Managing committee members are corrupt which very incorrect. Infact those who think that MC is corrupted then they should enter in the managing committee or form separate redevelopment committee and run the show Then they will come to how difficult to do the redevelopment process. Nowadays after implementation of Rera rules are very strict for developers. Also he said that even if the building is not completed then also developer earns money which shows that he does not have the real knowledge about the industry. He seems to having grudge on some developer and he is seeing all developer from same specs. If you are doing redevelopment then take this video seriously. Only be more vigilant and studious. Don’t just act on borrowed knowledge and information.

First make it clear what you are trying to tell the people. Whether to go with or not to go with redevelopment. You are blaming committee. Then you are blaming Builder. First make it clear are you aware of the process? You are not telling people what precautions need to take. Redevelopment is the only solution for old buildings.
You are not educating people... You are instigating people against each other....RD is a collective task And you need to guide people to work in collaboration with right set of checks and having mutual trust is the core of a successful project completion.
