    Having dinner at 7pm and then next day lunch at 1pm so basically She is also doing intermittent fasting

      She is having 1 tablespoon of ghee and protein shake in the morning around 8to 9 .... Count that as well
      In intermittent fasting u r not suppose to have any calories in ur fasting window
      So basically she is not doing IF ...but yes what she is doing will also help to keep u fit !

    I have fluctuated between 70 and 78 most of my life. I reached 80 recently and knew i had to do something. I started going to the gym and changing my diet. My goal is 60. My weight wasn't going down. Once lockdown started, i kept my diet and done home workouts. my weight reached 76 in a month. You have inspired me and i believe it is possible now. Thank you.

    I'm 78 kgs. Cutting down on unnecessary food. Having dry fruits and fruits and completely relying on homemade food. Dropped 1kg after 2 weeks. But slow but not giving up.

      This is my second week. Maintaining steady workout and meal plan. I have a doubt. Post weight loss and achieving desired weight, will it increase rapidly?

      Ghee and butter do not have lactose in them they can be easily used by people who have lactose intolerance and are totally safe

    Honestly if you are young and haven’t had children, have time and money you can lose weight very easily .Ghee everyday? Total madness. I am lactose intolerant too and don’t have cheese and always cook from scratch. I’m reasonably active.

      Hi there just start step by step like stop eating sweet food and then slowly give up other junk food but it’s ok if you eat some time if you stop suddenly all junk food then it’s going to be very hard if you eat sweet food every day then start missing one day then Slowly you will get there I was 75kg and now am 66kg I haven’t done much only gave up sweet food and junk I eat some time once a week or after two weeks it helps me so try doing this I hope it helps you lose weight and remember don’t give up you will get there

      Hungry after 9pm ooh don’t eat anything after dinner is my advice. You could brush your teeth at 9 and have maybe a camomile tea , it helps relax and liquid helps hunger at bay

      At 10, you can have one bowl of papaya....i give it to my dad sometimes....he is also in weight loss journey.....and you can avoid it when you don't feel hungry... you
      take protein rich diet in dinner then you will not feel hungry...
