I'm definitely going to be looking for a good used deal on the original. I've seen some listed used in good condition now for $400. Today's release was a let-down on the ZV-1 mark ii for what I was expecting. I want the ZV-1 not for my main shooter, but I'd use it a ton while traveling!
Everything depends what are you doing. In my case, I wrote on a piece of paper what I need (4K, stabilization, ...). Soon I have the money I will see which camera will be the best for me.
I'm just happy that I can save my money... no need to upgrade!

Ya I would have been a bit more intrigued if it had that super duper dynamic whatever they call it (lol) stabilization from the zve1
