@@WattsOnWheels Dave, just watched you video part 1 on the install. Pretty simple. As for your lighting did you match the light cord off the hd or use the jackaloope system for lighting also.
Yeah, it's gotten where, unless you know the park already, you really have to have them drive you down to the site for a look-see before you risk driving your baby down there. But that may be hard to do, for any number of reasons, like only one lane at the entrance to the park and people waiting behind you. I feel for y'all, and it reminds me of some pickles I was in as a big-truck driver in my own time.
We usually try to take Zippy around first. We've seen motorhomes driving around with their toads on the back and they can't even back up. "Look, here they come again."
I Used to have problems every once in a while with the hitch not locking in. If I leave the RV low enough that the truck picks it up, it latched every time.
Love our little Zippy. Been thinking about finding another one and putting it in storage since they don't import them anymore. Electric might be a little tougher on the road camping. "Beep Beep" that's cute. Almost called our "Giggles".

Currently doing some Army Corp Govt Parks in Alabama. Not to worry, we both had a cold adult beverage at the next campground (or 2). Thanks for watching.
How many other people pull a 76 foot long rig and "try" to camp in "older, established" parks? Not many is my guess. Sorry for the difficulties, but, ya' gotta realize MOST parks are NOT designed/built for rigs such as yours; maybe, a fairgrounds somewhere would better accomodate your rig. Y'all Be Safe!
We contact all parks in advance and send photos when ever possible. Sometimes, they tell us no problem, and it is. I'd go back to this park again anyways as we know how to get out of that site and we found another that would work too.
Nicely done but I feel bad for all the other campers. It's nice and quiet and bam someone starts up a loud semi and starts with the multiple air brake applications while trying to get out of the park you never thought you'd ever have to listen to a semi in - I mean it was a cozy campground not a truck stop after all.
We paid dearly for a membership and you get what you get. Most people enjoy watching something like that come in. I've heard diesel motor homes about as loud. Beats listening to kids screaming or dogs barking for hours!
Man, that fifth wheel is way too far back. The Fifth wheel should be above the drive axle to carry the hitch weight on the truck. The way yourself is set up the trailer weight is lifting the front axle of the truck making your steering less effective. It also adds to the weight of the drives. Not a safe arrangement.

That is a tight park been there
It is tight, but we'd go back. We like the "campground" feel with the trees.
WOW. How many beers was that?
3 at the next campground. Or maybe 4...who's counting? Thanks for watching Bob.
Wow, you is da “MAN!” Do the wheels on the towed swivel?
Thanks Man! The tires are on a solid axle with spindle king pins and actually turn. Check it out: ruclips.net/video/Vzdgp92HIdE/видео.html
Thanks!!
Power couple!
Thanks Alex.
👍👍
Thanks for watching Mike.
And why did you bring your house to a campground?
Because we can.
Mash that throttle, Dave! It’s only paint!
Like I always say, "Keep going until it sounds expensive!"😁
That deserves a couple of cold adult beverages when you stop.
Where are you now days.
Chief
Currently doing some Army Corp Govt Parks in Alabama. Not to worry, we both had a cold adult beverage at the next campground (or 2). Thanks for watching.
If you get in the Richmond VA Area give me a shout, would love to meet you folks.

It looked like you had room to go forward then turn to the left.
Nope. The tail swing with the tote would'nt have made it...too many trees.
To each their own, but why not just get a dully or something like a f450. This setup is unnecessarily big.
Want to have our Spyders with us.
Happy Dance
LOL. Yep...time for a happy dance.
That will do until you can afford a 'big' RV. ;-)
LOL. Already sold everything...waiting on that winning lottery ticket.😁
Oh my
It's always something. 😲😁
Not going to worry about it as the truck weighs 30,000 pounds. The pin weight is 9000.
Hi🤗
Hi fmtelevision. Thanks for watching.
What would you expect when you are an 18 wheeler.
First and only time over 3 1/2 years that we had to back out.

And no one is watching right? There is always someone watching. :)
