In a world full of body shops either owned or contracted by insurance companies I bet there is only businesses like yourselves that would go to the extreme of filling grinding marks on the unseen inner wings. Brilliant work guys, genuine tradesmen that we are sadly lacking.
So the A1 is ready for the A1 in A1 condition. A1 to say what a great job guys and the finish is A1 in a million. Well done guys, it is indeed a very nice little earner. Cheers, Bob
Sounded like an audatex parts/price list you were reading out there Rob 🤣 just shows the public how much the repair would've been in a bodyshop or insurance repair using mainly new parts! Tbf I don't think you'd of been greedy asking another £2k on top. Quality repair as usual guys 👍
Excellent work and project, guys. The price you are asking for this car is a steal for the person buying it. I would say you are leaving a little too much money on the table, but you guys have your reasons, and they will be nothing but a Blessing for the next person.
It amazes me how many parts they shove in bumpers nowadays I can remember when all that was on a bumper was the number plate oh well time change. Great video as always gents
I agree with a previous comment- you have to be very careful buying repaired Cat S motors. You really need to know how the repair has been done and to see it in videos means the world for anybody looking to buy. Nice clean work guys as always- well earn't profit!
Great job guys, but I’m a bit upset that all the time I was working for Medway TPS you didn’t order a thing! Now I don’t work there your ordering all the time!! Keep up the good work.
Doing the work in the 'hidden' spots is important to limit a later failure of an MOT or if a possible future serious crash, this area isn't rusting out in a few years and weakening the structure. Even little things like paint overspray can hurt a future value. As to the price, it will always have a reduced value due to being a 'rebuilt wreck' or as you call it, a Cat S. You (in particular Chris) put a lot of detailed work into it. You have a sense of doing it right for your own peace of mind, keeping up a reputation that took years to get but can be ruined in an instant, especially as putting this on YT.
Your level of detail never ceases to amaze me, especially with the chassis leg, which you wouldnt necessarily see but it really does look factory 👍🏻 surprised about the parts prices but then again, it's an Audi 😅 nice little earner that's for sure 🙂
I've said it before but the attention to detail is incredible, congratulations when you started reading out the numbers I was beginning the think you weren't going to make much money out of it, but so glad you did and you are spot on Rob plenty left for the next man. congratulations
I really like your honesty and transparency when mentioning things like the small chips on the door edge, paint match and bonnet latch. Lots of others simply stress how great everything is. Keep it up guys, really enjoyable channel 👍👌
Cracking little car that and no miles really, just run in. It is always a good idea to see a paint job in daylight as I am sure you know strip lights can be deceiving when it comes to colour tone. I think having the wings and bonnet done off the car paid off this time though a bit more care was needed reassembling. A decent profit as well Gents so good all round. Thanks Rob and Chris again for an excellent video. 👍👍
Great work by the pair of you! I know we all watch the videos and love the content, it would be nice to see a before and after picture while you crunch the numbers just to show what a transformation these cars undergo. Don’t forget the Sunscreen at the beach Rob! 😆
Yet another perfect repair, just wonder how many bodyshops would have gone to the extent of finishing off the chassis leg like Chris has 🤔.... not many if any........Perfectionists 👏👏
I wrote off my BMW Z4 28I 4 weeks ago. It’s on its way to copart. It is a top spec car with only 36k miles. Keep an eye out as it might be one for you guys. Reg plate is PF65 ZTM
A little info....your clock on that wall, that you say do not work, make sure the battery are sitting strong and thight, we have same clock, last change to summer time, we banged it a little to hard on the wall when putting it back on the wall, so the battery didn't connect 100%. maybe it's the same issue you have !!
Chris, have you ever thought of dividing the workshop in half with a tarp, then you could hide the odd car in there and it helps to keep the working side warmer.
Mint workmanship as expected fellas 👏 👌 👍 turned out a lovely little motor for someone. New you wouldn't put shoddy parts back on to spoil the job 😊. Glad to hear you got a drink out it take care and stay lucky and healthy looking forward to Saturdays video 📹 as usual ❤😊
Well done chris and rob another magical fix and what a price to buy it ....cant fault the both of you true kind hearted gents who are looking after your subscribers giving the best deals one could wish for....look forward to the next one boys onward and upwards as they say!!!😊
5.3k profit and you both earned every single penny of it. You didn't half put some graft into that one the both of you, and still got cracking on the Transit and running about buying new projects and selling other ones. Someone is gonna get a cracking new German whip for the price of a Ford Focus. Happy days 😁
It's amazing how much spare bits are when the cars are relatively new , a few years ago I did a citroen nemo, priced the bits , over 3500 , guy sat on it for 3 years as it was a spare van , I kept looking as you do for 2nd hand bits , managed to find almost everything for 400 quid , so it was put back on the road , been the best van he's had he says , great little car for someone at a bargain price
Good evening Rob and Chris. What a lovely result and a great price, hope its sells quickly. That was one long parts list. Thank you for taking the time to upload another video. Ged
A lot of expensive trim bits for the entry Audi but looks good at the price . Far better for the environment to have properly repaired cars put back on the road than scrapped and new metal taking their place … always interesting to see what it takes to get them back rolling 👍
Was trying to find this last video for the A1 for ages yesterday, wasn't on the playlist and 'A1' not in the title, thanks RUclips for sticking in my playlist. Wanted to know the cost for the keys but didn't mention in price breakdown unless I missed it???
Great result lads. Car looks belter. I don’t trust car repairers in general at all but I would definitely buy off you boys. You make sure the finished car is the best it can possibly be.
As always a fantastic rebuild 👍🏻 You’re both always really honest with the repairs that your do. And to be honest when Chris has set about them it’s like having a hand built motor that’s fit for the road 😀 And selling them on I don’t even think Arthur Daley could beat your prices lol 😆 Keep the fantastic videos coming guys 👍🏻
Amazing work you guys. Totally absorbing to watch. Anyone who buys a SR UK repaired car will be able to look at the work put into it! But one thing I know now - I won't be buying an Audi unless I get a lot of money in the bank.
Hi rob and Chris, what a team great job on the wee audi, always doing the job right on short cuts, all I can say is brilliant, from marty in Belfast northern Ireland God bless
Well done chaps , another winner from the best duo in the UK , you lads make it all look too easy . I'm really happy for you that you've made a cracking profit for this one , you both work damned hard and you deserve a good win , as on all of your jobs. You are both perfectionists and anyone who buys one of your repaired vehicles will have a really good deal too . As usual it was a joy to watch the video and I look forward to many more hours watching you superb guys at work . Many many thanks for the entertainment boys , have a fabulous week , can't wait for the next instalment . ❤
Another fantastic car leaves the S R workshops , what a lovely little car that is going to be for someone . Yet again we'll done guys on another fantastic video., see you in the next one .
Keep them coming boys you two are smashing it even though your not on as much as us followers from the start remember.Still one of the highlights of my week when I see a new one ready.Get your selfs out on a few road trips around the Uk for a few barn finds etc and if you hit the Isle of Man 🇮🇲 give me a shout for free digs an d transport 👍👍🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲
Just wanted to put this out there bits of this was filmed a while ago and will be the last video without voiceover timelaps 👌👍
Are we nearly ready to go back up to 3 videos a week?
I enjoyed the voiceovers the music was getting repetitive don’t give up on it just needs fine tuning
Nice one rob I prefer the voiceovers so we can understand what is going on
These are the only guys I would buy a Cat S from. Proper craftsmen and then they always give the punter a fair deal.
It’s nice to see my car fixed up back on the road, truly miss that car.
In a world full of body shops either owned or contracted by insurance companies I bet there is only businesses like yourselves that would go to the extreme of filling grinding marks on the unseen inner wings. Brilliant work guys, genuine tradesmen that we are sadly lacking.

Not many in the trade repair to this level every vehicle is repaired like you are keeping for yourself 👍
Excellent work and project, guys. The price you are asking for this car is a steal for the person buying it. I would say you are leaving a little too much money on the table, but you guys have your reasons, and they will be nothing but a Blessing for the next person.

Love the clean & tidy shipping container for storing ready to fit car parts- very well organised
Great job guys, but I’m a bit upset that all the time I was working for Medway TPS you didn’t order a thing! Now I don’t work there your ordering all the time!! Keep up the good work.

Superb repair i bought a cat s car a few years ago but it wasn’t repaired to a standard like this Audi was, I would happily pay 15k for that car
Its the attention to detail that makes all the difference... Well done boys....
Your level of detail never ceases to amaze me, especially with the chassis leg, which you wouldnt necessarily see but it really does look factory 👍🏻 surprised about the parts prices but then again, it's an Audi 😅 nice little earner that's for sure 🙂

The workmanship and quality is always A1 👍 that is a BARGAIN at that price. Thanks Rob / Chris and keep em coming !
literally A1 in this case haha
I really like your honesty and transparency when mentioning things like the small chips on the door edge, paint match and bonnet latch. Lots of others simply stress how great everything is. Keep it up guys, really enjoyable channel 👍👌
These guys are the living embodimrent of "Honesty is the best policy". They'll sleep well at nights.
That’s a lovely little car, beautiful job chaps. And again a great video.
You can tell a great garage when they pay attention to the bits of bodywork you will never see

Fantastic job another wrecked car saved from the crusher thanks Rob and Chris.
Lovely job boys.. First class repair.. Great value for someone... Next... I thought I heard you mention Barn find.. Can't wait 😂😂
A little info....your clock on that wall, that you say do not work, make sure the battery are sitting strong and thight, we have same clock, last change to summer time, we banged it a little to hard on the wall when putting it back on the wall, so the battery didn't connect 100%. maybe it's the same issue you have !!
We’re not worried about it bud 👍
@@sruk its correct twice a day😂😂
What a cracking car Rob. Beautiful repair by you and Chris.
Chris, have you ever thought of dividing the workshop in half with a tarp, then you could hide the odd car in there and it helps to keep the working side warmer.
Another amazing video.... loving the format change with the voice overs but this doesn't lack anything for being without.
Nice profit too
Do you cross reference the codes like matt armstrong some of the bits could be on a golf or something vag

That chassis leg was soooooo satisfying to see
Well don't Chris, and Rob 🎉
5.3k profit and you both earned every single penny of it. Good man Chris you always clean the workshop and keep it tidy
Nice work Rob and Chris, the Audi looks really nice with everything sorted.its hasn't been the cheapest to do but look at the results.
Looks an amazing result, excellent work as usual and a very good price. Well done both. 👍
Chris and Rob - high quality and very enjoyable content again. Thank you for your efforts.

Wow, beautiful job guys and how expensive were those parts?! Oh my...... Whats happening with the 911?
Good evening Rob and Chris. What a lovely result and a great price, hope its sells quickly. That was one long parts list. Thank you for taking the time to upload another video. Ged
Love what you're doing Rob & Chris, best channel on RUclips by a country mile 👏
A lot of expensive trim bits for the entry Audi but looks good at the price . Far better for the environment to have properly repaired cars put back on the road than scrapped and new metal taking their place … always interesting to see what it takes to get them back rolling 👍
Did you get adaptive headlight fault when you changed the LED control module?
Another cracking job guys. With prices of parts like that, it's easy to see why cars are written off so much these days 😳
Always amazed by the quality of your work, if I was based in UK I would definately be chasing one of your rebuilds
HEY EXACTLY SAME

Was trying to find this last video for the A1 for ages yesterday, wasn't on the playlist and 'A1' not in the title, thanks RUclips for sticking in my playlist. Wanted to know the cost for the keys but didn't mention in price breakdown unless I missed it???
Excellent job as usual gents. Looking forward to the next one 👍
Great result lads. Car looks belter. I don’t trust car repairers in general at all but I would definitely buy off you boys. You make sure the finished car is the best it can possibly be.
What a lovely car lads and at a very reasonable price love your new container so organised 👍
Nice! Are you concenred the paint shop did not "blend" the paint over adjoining panels (e.g. the doors)???
OOPS, I should have waited until I watched the entire video!!! You addressed it, thanks.
