      its technically the same to a degree in japan aswell depending where you go. this guy was jsut extra slow/cautious but alot of the others ive seen from japan have some clanging and setting fire to a degree.

      @@WizardOfWor no mass shootings but one of the highest suicide rates in the entire world. The pressure an everyday resident is put under is immense. I saw it first hand when I was stationed just outside of Tokyo.

    His movements are so well coordinated and soft that remembered me of zen monks in a temple's kitchen. It's difficult to act like that without a very concentrated mind.

      Its a Nylon Oven bag.. They are not healthy at all.. They have polyamides and microplastics.. Using them in this way makes it even worse..

      Carta Fata (Italy) heat resistant transparent cooking foil. It's not available in grocery stores, you'll need to search professional cooking shops for it or go to Italy or Japan to get it.

      @@LeapYearJay There absolute is... You can filter micro plastics, but your goal should be buying property, with a running water source, so that you can be as self-sufficient as possible. I bought my 6 acres 9 years ago, and everything I eat I raise and make myself, including water, drinks, and alcohol. I never use plastic. I even have limestone and sand on my property to make my own glass bottles. I am not totally against using plastics, but never touching my food. You have no clue the difference it makes to eat all-organic diet, that is actually 100% organic that you raised or grew yourself. I was super lucky to find land that had a running mineral spring, and it also has wonderful well water too.

    I couldn't deal with the plastic liner in the soup bowl. Everything else looked good.

      Looks like a "method" of cooking the soup. It's a bag no different from the bags used to boil vegetables stovetop or bake meat in the oven. By 5:42 the soup had come to a boil and the perfect temperature for serving. Interesting to watch and adds to the dining experience. Some people would probably enjoy Sizzler more.

      Polytetrafluoroethylene has melting point of 327 °C (621°F). Often used for skillet coating (Teflon), packaging medical equipment before autoclaving and for cooking.

      @@looopy1 You can't use clear plastic wrap like Saran Wrap.
      That has to be a plastic that can take high temps without melting.
      Probably some sort of silicone material.
