  • Terry Crews is widely known for his impressive physique, but when 50 Cent called him out for not being a real man, it sparked a heated debate online. The controversy arose after Terry publicly shared his experience with sexual assault and voiced his support for the #MeToo movement. Despite Terry's bravery, 50 Cent mocked him for not fighting back, revealing a deeper issue around masculinity and what it means to be a real man.

He walked away from a violent situation and they call him a coward... It takes way more strength to not be provoked by instigator

He did not walk away. He allowed it to happen😂

@@Jacob.haynes you're not listening. Are you black? He's saying that from a black man's perspective, it's different. First of all, he didn't alow it to happen. Adam Venit was the one who is accused of starting it uninvited. Terry could have easily pulverized him, but who's side do you think the justice system would have sided with? How many people witnessed it and would have testified on his behalf? It would have been his word against Venit's. Everyone would have seen Terry beating him, but the attorneys for Venit would have passed it off as Terry can't take a joke and overreacted. Terry would likely have no witnesses on his side and all the evidence for assault on Venit's side. Would you go to prison and throw away your future for the satisfaction of smashing someone's face in? In my neighborhood things can escalate quickly or slowly into murder and then the other side retaliates and on and on it goes. If you are indeed a black man, then all you have to do is look at the crime stats in your community. For many men , violence is the first reaction and it's hard to control but it can and should be controlled

It's really sad that everyone questions him about his size and that he should have fought back. Victim blaming at its finest. 😢

Everyone!? I don't. I wouldn't question him if he had a relationship with a man. Or three. Don't speak in my name. Noone should be bullied on top of having been abused or violated, in any way. Let's be clear. Been there, experienced that. 🙏❤️

I think Terry is what all men should strive to be. This man is capable of violence but knows when it is truly necessary. This allows him to expose the wrong doing properly rather than allowing it to be swept under the rug.

He didn't expose anything except that he was violated. We still don't know the individual who did it.
Also, if it was an actual assault then he was very much in his rights to use violence at that point.

@@DaBearsManiac2 and the guy would have turned it around, because if you listened he said the guy looked him in the eyes and said no one would believe you, if he had used violence, it would have been terry bullied a man and a lot of headlines would have came out of that, even now that he’s talking about it, people are still calling him coward 🙄

Mr Crews did the right thing. And we know that’s never easy. And he’s right about the black man issue. And he’s a large black man. Yeah not the answer even if it would’ve felt right.
He was already changing his brain and how it processes information. Sadly 50 Cent hasn’t learned or changed his brain which admittedly is extremely hard to do. Proud of Terry Crews for doing the hard work to improve his mind, body and soul.
