One thing that would tense me up as a newly wed was preparing south Indian sambar. Everytime I entered the kitchen....I would pyshe myself but eventually it would end in a disaster. But as i observed my entire process as a third person I knew what made the whole thing go wrong.. Thw first mistake was I was all tensed up about the concept sambar before even getting started. . It was then that I I took a deep breath....brought in some sense of rhythm..did it with all my heart. It came out all right better than alll previous efforts. Slowly I started enjoying , By regular practise and with that a kind of flexibility came to try new ways of improving. Yes it worked. This applies to meditation too!!Involvement, , practice and flexibility takes you closer to truth. From sambar to enlightenment....process is all the same!!!.
All creative activities are wonderful. Knowing everything,meaning it is not real,momentary, suffering etc. I think life is very enjoyable as along as you enjoy, face body and mind sorrow and let it go every moment.
The profound knowledge is analysed in explicit and simple language. I bow down with respect and gratitude. Only that l feel sorry for not being able to collect these lectures with me always. Even through internet l enquired at Udbodhan but failed to gather any solution. Many thanks.

1. Swamigy is a good teacher. 2. So honest and practical. His statement that none of the 23 explanations appeals to the sufferings of the world. 3. When we hear him, we get a feeling that we have already studied from Oxford to Cambridge. Vast knowledge .4. His study on Budhism is great. 5. Not a dry Vedanta. Mixes humour. Eg. That is what that happy guy Budha said. Pranam.
Beautifully explained. For the first time I have understood difference why I am not physical body. Difficult path, opportunity missed. But I like to think in some life in future I have to experience Mukti….. liberation.
