Clonidine nearly saved my life and my sanity as I was coming off of 30 years of pain medications and benzodiazepines! I’ve been on it for 11 months and it’s been a game changer for me, with absolutely no side effects except a dry mouth once in a while. It’s slowed my pounding heartbeat, decreased my blood pressure which was elevated due to withdrawals, my anxiety that came with all the symptoms of withdrawal, and until my body goes back to normal, which usually takes about a year or so the doctor said after being on medication‘s that long, I’ll stay on it until my cardiologists directs me otherwise. So thank God it worked well for me, I hope it does the same for others!
I just got prescribed it for opioid withdrawal symptoms as well I’m hoping it calms me down I can get some rest and not have a spinning head for the next four days cold turkey oxycodone
@@beemunni9862 I wish you the best because I know the nightmares of withdrawals! If you don’t mind me asking, what is the dosage that you’re on presently?
Nah man quetiapine literally turns off my brain activity and i end up falling asleep soundly, the other stuff just makes me drowsy but doesnt help me sleep
@@clive_the_fat_cat yea the side effects at first are ass tbh, i take 25mg but i cut into 1/4s that little thing puts me out you should maybe try that i only used it for a couple if weeks tho as advised by the doc

Clonidine is a magnificent medicine for withdrawal, hardly feel any of it👌

Hello, you haven't posted a video recently
Can you take Clonidine and Buprinion toogether??
How long does a side effects last for can they go away with time?
Is it dangerous to take mirtazapine and clonidine together?
Yes. Mirtazipine decreases effect of Clonidine . Risk of hypertensive urgency
@@monami9930 that’s not correct. If anything, they would cause a hypotensive crisis
is this better than guanfacine for adhd in adults
Clonidine is a godsend. I would ask for clonidine before ambien to sleep.
If your a diabetic you should not take clonidine. Or only take a small dose.
Sounds like I do not want to take that. !
Be careful...it causes so many side affects I couldn't deal with...I'm still trying to feel better after going off this drug.
Just quit or did Big Pharma get em😢
Can you do a video for quetiapine i heard they prescribe it off lable for sleep
I would go with something else for sleep buddy
Nah man quetiapine literally turns off my brain activity and i end up falling asleep soundly, the other stuff just makes me drowsy but doesnt help me sleep
That's fair, I was on it a little while and had some harsh side effects, I put on a stone in one month

seroquel isn't recommended for sleep but it is just so effective at knocking you out. i can't even keep my eyes open on 100 mg
