Wow. It worked! I have been struggling with my right ankle locking/catching for years. Last time it was stuck for hours, causing me to be immobilized. It was so painful. Tonight my ankle locked & I followed this video. The 1st time it didn’t work, so I did it a 2nd time with body butter & it worked. I’m not sure if I just need a 2nd treatment or if the cream helped. Within 10 minutes, I had relief. It unlocked, the pain went away & I was mobile again. This is phenomenal for someone like me, who has suffered from a sporadic painful locked ankle. Thank you!
