Caught me by surprise. I was blown away. I'd always wanted to buy RH furniture because it was made in the USA and looked gorgeous. The price didn't matter. Now, I look to Crate & Barrel among other brands.
I am considering purchasing "The Cloud", classic size - can anyone give updates on how their couch is holding up over time? Feather vs Feather/Down? And ultimately - is this couch worth it? We live in Hawaii, so I will be paying ginormous shipping fees (splitting it with friends who are going to add to my order, but still...). And what podcast is mentioned in the comments? Anyone know? Mahalo for your time :)
I have pure feather in one section and feather wrapped core in another. Both excellent. Two years later it's every bit as comfy as it was new (when you posed that question, lol)!

I wish they would explain to you how sloppy it looks after you have sat in it . Very disappointed . Spent over 9000.00 and it looks so sloppy . I should probably mention that the fabric gets wrinkled and stays that way EVEN after you fluff them up.

I can attest to this being the ultimate sofa. I have owned a large leather sectional Cloud for over two years now, and am absolutely in love with it.

Its furniture for the people that can afford cleaning - you will need to clean it once a month and the good quality cloud is +20k

It is filled with feathers (that’s why they are comfortable). Of course it loses its form, a brick stays the same but try laying on it
