I have good equipment and I want to get out of the 500 dollar limit for my work. If you have any suggestions for how to get an RMO for pressure washing I would appreciate it. I got business bank account by forming an LLC. An LLC is a separate legal entity from your personal entity and has nothing to do with having a business license.
Right but some people think they need a llc to start a business and I don't agree with that… why get a llc when you don't know if the company is going to be successful .I do understand the legal aspect of having a llc also
Any advice on advertising? Have the licenses, equipment, and all that. We seem to only be able to land a job a week from canvassing. Getting actual jobs seems to be the hardest issue. I'm in the Tampa Bay area if that matters, and used to install systems and now transitioned to cleaning. I have little social media experience and even less marketing/advertising experience. Where do I start? What's the most successful approach

If you are using hard water you are giving your customers a disservice so I can't separate the the pricing since we strictly use deionized water for all customers

You should think about getting the Clean Tecs Sola Tec Rotating brush from 400 Cm to over 1 meter in width.. .- not only look professional will SAVE you tons , heaps of time and energy ,, a must have investment .. Get it and earn double

No soap if possible just deiozed water most chemicals will void a customers warranties

We have the most expensive one that covers the whole panel ....I believe 42 inches it covers 2 inches pass the panel on each side
Also it has sections you can remove if you want a shorter brush head
How much am I looking in start up costs? I have a 5X8 trailer.
It depends on you and the equipment you want you can go cheap and spend around 5000 to 10,000 or upgrade and spend 20,000 to 50,000

The van wrap get us alot of business and you can spend thousands on advertising startup for was around 25,000
