Jennifer deserves this oscar! As a long time supporter and fan I’ve seen every role she’s done and her performance in Hustlers took my breath away, it’s what I’ve always wanted to see her do & she did it amazingly. It’s what she deserves.
Her role is more than a pole dancing. The sincerity and dedication she gave in this movie is beyond word. She deserves all the awards and accolades in 2020
I could tell in her BTS video that she was nervous around all those men wearing that outfit and having to perform like kind of dance, and you saw how the male extras were looking at her as she left the stage after shooting had finished. Probably one of if not the most vulnerable moments of her entire career. But she delivered, tenfold, and for that, she deserves the Oscar.
I gotta say this movie was really good! So many people had different expectations. First off jLo as ramona pole dancing is iconic!!!! Iconic best scene, and she nailed that role. Makes me think back when halle won, i saw monsters ball and didnt think much of it but halle still won.
I hope that Jennifer gets an Oscar award for this movie she deserves it she worked so hard on the film she killed the role she better get something For this or else it would be an insult for her talent as an actress .

Sadly, no. They did one for "Suspiria" last year and its omission in Makeup and Original Song is still offensive. But this will more than likely be nominated for Supporting Actress for Lopez and Adapted Screenplay.
