Can this mudra be done for hypertension. Where should the fingers be touching
Yes. Dont touch the fingers to any body part. Place the hands on your knees with fingers pointing upwards. It is shown in the video. (at 50 sec)

Dont do Anuloma Viloma and Samana Mudra together. Have min 3 hrs gap between the two practices.

You dont have to point it anywhere. Just do the mudra and breath awareness.

Every area of your body where u want to be lean
If the weight gain is because of low metabolism rate, then you can point it to thyroid,
You cant have weight loss of specific body part by pointing the mudra there. This mudra will not help in weight loss at specific body part.
