There is simply no way that I can ever thank Dr Schubiner enough. After 3 years of pain and a disrupted life, it took me no more than a few days to get out of pain and to cure myself completely. All I needed to understand was where the pain was truly coming from, I had been through a traumatic event and suspected it may have been related, but I was astonished at the speed of my recovery. I will be forever grateful for having my life back and I'm excited about my future. This is truly a breaktrhough.

I am so grateful to Dr Schubiner, who introduced me to Curable and Alan Gordon, which got me off long-term opiate use and on the path to getting better. I had no hope for a normal life before I found this program. You are doing amazing work. Thank you.

Same here! Before being educated on TMS I always thought pain equals harm but that is in case not the fact. We just needed to unlearn the post workout pain. I’m glad you have succeeded as have i :)

Interesting what they say at 21:40. I have Chronic Lower Back Pain, and I was completely pain free at the height of lockdown in NYC. Pain didn't really become a problem again until we started to reopen.

Wow, I'm really thrilled you guys brought up psychedelic therapy as it relates to chronic mindbody pain. I've been curious about the application of psychedelic therapy to chronic pain as I've been reading a lot about it recently and I'm glad you have your eyes on it. I started this year discovering Sarno and reading three of his books, then Alan Gordon's The Way Out, (I'm currently working through Dr. Schubiner's Unlearn Your Pain) and then I coincidentally moved on to How To Change Your Mind by Michael Pollan after watching Fantastic Fungi and I've been digging deeply into more resources on psychedelic therapy. I would love to see some research studies on psychedelic-assisted therapy as a treatment for chronic pain / MBS, (beyond just cluster headaches). Maybe Tim Ferriss would be interested in getting involved :)

@@rlabarbera Hi Rita, What was Dr. Schubiner’s opinion about Erythromelalgia? I’m experiencing these symptoms right after some other symptoms left. It screams TMS and symptom substitution to me. It seems poeple think it’s genetic . It’s scary to see the redness and it BURNS. Thank you Rita

@@rlabarbera I see there’s only 1 person on the TMS wiki who had the erythro.. and recovered and the other was you who responded to that lady. It’s nowhere mentioned in TMS literature. Thanks
