@@AthleticInterest i feel like you didn't really sell it to me, the crucial point about why fossil fuels sponsor soccer. in particular the statement that they want to ensure people keep buying their oil or gas as long as possible... this doesn't follow. the mere fact that it's running out ensures people will buy it as long as possible. in fact if their competitors take some of their business this year, it just means their industry lasts an extra year longer right? so why advertise as if they need to sell it as fast as possible

I would highlight the case of Forest Green Rovers, as I think it's an incredibly relevant example of how football clubs can take a stand in regards to this complex relationship with the geo-politics of footbal sponsorships.

Still though, it's nothing less than great content I always expect from you. and would like to see a video on whether or not betting companies have influence on the sport

It’ll be interesting to see how long it is profitable to sponsor football clubs, I assume eventually it will no longer make financial sense to advertise in this way for these companies and it will be interesting to see how that affects football
