    it will be sooo easier to follow if you add a TIMER on the screen!!! working with reps with YT is soooo poitnless and hard to follow!!

      I agree, it will be easier for others to follow if they do not want to count the REPS. However, I am trying to do 10 full body movements for each exercise for a reason. Some combinations of exercises take longer and you end up doing just 5 in one minute. I am trying to get results putting those muscle under tension for full 10 Reps. Yes, it might seem pointless to you. But from my point of view, as a trainer, who developed a method to get results, it actually makes total sense and it works.
