  • My guest today likely needs no introduction. His name is Tim Kennedy and he is one of the most interesting men on the planet. I had the opportunity to talk with Tim remotely years ago but to be able to sit down with him at his home was one of my favorite opportunities since I started podcasting over six years ago.
We get into a lot during our discussion together including his plans to replace traditional education with something that will serve our sons and daughters much better, why he believes there are forms of “toxic masculinity” in society, his thoughts on some sort of “mandatory military service,” why his wife completely believes in him, and his personal mission to protect and preserve human life.

I have been listening to Tim Kennedy for a few years now. I'm a man, a leader of my family, successful at my job, supporting of my wife and raising my kids as best I can, but listening Tim Kennedy makes me work harder. At everything. I love his outlook, and his awareness to know his outlook is different from most, but still appropriate for most. For somebody that has spent their life being a warrior, there's significant wisdom in him and I'm thankful he openly shares.

Tim is right on at 19:20. Education is failing us. My wife is a teacher and she wants out. She equates being a teacher as being a customer service representative for children and their parents. The customer can do no wrong. Children without IEPs will get extensions, will not fail due to lack of effort, will get answers given to them without trying. I mean I could go on. Gen z and the next few generations are in trouble, then something great will happen. Hardship. Then we will get guys like Tim Kennedy again.

Went from winning an intense gunfight to consoling the kids on a second floor minutes later. Been wondering for past year if my actions, however necessary, may result in those kids hating cops or worse yet putting a cop 20yrs down the road in wrong end of gun.

But the way that the U.S. stands, a lot of people don’t want to “fight” because they don’t believe they are fighting for “freedom” anymore. Not trying to offend anyone, I just want to hear Tim thought because if Tim still believes it is for freedom, I think it would changes many minds.

What a shame about the eligibility of candidates for the military these days. I enlisted in 2013, was a tooth pick, not afraid of the physical challenge though and had a hunger for the challenge. The chance to prove myself, become a warrior, hone skills, serve my country, and become a man is what called me into the military. The reasons I listed for my enlistment I feel are discouraged at continually younger ages and it makes me sick.

I love to see what I can handle but when I had my left hip replaced and I decided to not take my pain meds home and gave my self 12 hours of nothing after my replacement was the fucking worst idea of my life. I survived 2 bilateral pulmonary embolisms and two strokes and a few spinal taps that didnt close as well as a dozen broken bones. Being shot and stabbed, nothing compared to that pain. Now I know my limits.
