    पेट में चर्बी कम करने के विधि -
    सुबह हल्के गुनगुने पानी पीकर टहल लेना है फिर पेट साफ कर लेना है फिर उसके बाद 5 exercise करना है
    1) रस्सी कूदना। 2)घुटने को कोहनी से सटाना।3)
    साइड से झुकना।4)नीचे बैठकर लगातार पैर को उठाना या लहराना है ।5)कोहनी और पैर के भारे लेटकर सामने देखना है ,। सभी एक्सरसाइज के दौरान दोनों हाथ- पैर को हवा में लहराकर कूदना है।।।
