Tai, counters are gonna be your bread and butter against frost, don’t even try to block that man, weave and then quickly hit back till your stam bar starts to flash.
One tip I'll give is to use your opponents momentum against him to gain more power in your punches. For example; if his head leans down he has downward momentum, so hitting him with an uppercut will use that against him and cause more damage, he weaves to the left hit him with a right hook, he weaves right hit with the left etc.
Flick LT/L3 up or down to side-step and back or forward to dash back or forth. Dashing back or side-stepping then Y/triangle is the best counter you could do in this game (Hooks and uppercuts too but that’s less range). Don’t hold the block button to long, it can weaken. Also, by pressing LB/L1, you can get out of the clinch or push your push your opponent. And I believe you can switch stances wit left d-pad.
