Just because someone isn't staying sober the way You think is best, remember that they Are Still Sober. There are many ways to get and stay sober. @PaletaLee it's an opiate blocker. For me personally, I take it so that I can't use heroin. It's been very successful for me since the day I started taking it. It is prescribed by my doctor, whom I see monthly. And I've been sober now for almost five years. I don't get high from the suboxone. It's not that kind of drug for me. If I'm in pain I have to take something that isn't an opiate.

People who are actively getting drunk every night and even drinking and driving will so often look down on people who struggle now or even those who atruggled in the past with addiction but are in recovery now. They absolutely act morally superior and "better than" people who have struggles with drug addiction... Alcohol addiction is just as bad the only difference it's legal and socially accepted in nearly all spheres.
