I’m a fox body fan through and through, it’s the car that got me into mustangs. I’ve owned six supercharged or TwinTurbo s197’s and s550s and currently own a 2020 GT500, I’m gonna hurt some feelings with this comment but fox bodies suck for everything other than drag racing. I see these cars get stomped in every other type of race. Again, I love fox bodies, but just speaking the truth.

Also, I'm wondering if the Grand Sport has the stock gear ratios. Because Grand Sports have shorter more road course oriented ratios than the Z06 & ZR1. The taller gears in the Z06 & ZR1 are said to be a significant advantage for roll racing. Which makes sense as to why the Grand Sport jumps out so hard then kind of gets freight trained back in.
That Novi C6Z looked like it had the driver mod and ignition cut for flat foot shifing to keep up with them scary fast 5.0s.

False. Has been proven with timeslips on boosted f150s channel as well as mythbusters back in the day. The air that gets trapped in the pocket creates a high pressure zone and actually improves aerodynamics.
