  • This interview was originally uploaded by ARTE Cinema on March 10, 2017. Because the translator kept on interrupting Wes Anderson as he's trying to respond to the interviewer's questions, here's an edited version of the original interview, without the constant interruption. Enjoy!

If you think that’s nuts look up Hirohiko Araki, it’s reached a point where there’s a meme for how ageless the man seems to be

In July 2022, he's 53. Yeah, he looks so much younger!

He will forever be an innocent 14 year old boy in many respects. Who somehow knows the world older than he is. He's one of the worlds best freaks, with freak hair I really want who makes films I love!

There is a special place in heaven for the person who edited out all the translated portions of this interview :)

Underrated. I love Bong Joon Ho, but trying to watch interviews for Parasite is insane. Twice as long as it needs to be.

30 seconds in and already heading out. Why not leave the English translation of the question so the interview is all English? Just idiotic

This should be re-titled “Wes Anderson out of context”

Anderson is amazing. I don’t get a lot from this interview and cannot say it’s the language problem. It’s Anderson. His conversation is like his movies.

It's kind of hard to know what exactly he's talking about, when you don't know what the question is.

i kinda wanna se wes Anderson and Quentin Tarantino doing a 1v1 interview or juat talking about movies. these 2 ppl seem very passionate about movies even tho they have completely opposite styles /genres
