      Yay! This is freakin awesome. I think I will make some more for our Muscle Up community, especially to show some good ol fashioned traditional lifts that make you go rawr. 🤣

      Yes I love these kinds of workouts and I’m sure the other ladies will love them too! I like how you make it a full 40mins rather than asking us to go back and repeat it 3 times. Usually that’s when I say “I’m tired, I’m done” lol

    Done did it😮 made it thru... Had to adjust some workouts cause I have more kettlebells than free weights.. Lunges are not my friend or my knees friend but I will win goddamnit 😂😂.. Excellent workout... Thanks Tammi
