These Toyotas have actually three settings: Power, Normal and Eco. When either Eco or Power is on and you press the button corresponding to the light indication on the dashboard, it goes into Normal mode with no light indication. Normal is somewhere between Eco and Power and better in city driving in my view.
I will never know now. Bought one of this brand and the worthless warranty hurt me badly. My uncle's Isuzu bakkie still runs; in 1987, it had 1.53 million km on it. Guess where my money's going.
They are great vehicles. Brilliant all-rounder.

🤣 The low mileage is because it is not driven daily. The stolen part might also be due to that reason. Maybe because it is a manual as well.
