I love this! I've had my phone like this since iPhone widgets came out. I have the month, day year at the top and just bare necessities. Black background home screen, black floral print lock screen. Simple phone case strictly for protection. I notice I use my phone for more knowledge based social media.

I also try to keep my phone out of reach, when I’m at work I no longer keep it next to me, instead I place it on the shelf that’s above my desk so I don’t see it. It doesn’t always work lol but it’s an improvement 😅

I only keep photos on my phone that i want to print and the rest i let go off. which says a lot, considering i was like a 10 photo uploads to IG a day kind of perosn beforehand.
