@@bmwkajun Virtually every veteran I have hired has been dumb, lazy, unprofessional and self-entitled. I have a right to deny employment to anyone for any reason.
Its simple, don't treat them any different, don't discriminate based on medical issues and also its the least you can do the whole reason you have a business or the rights to do so is because of them.

Workplace discrimination happens even when working for the govt. All it takes is a few people to target someone.

I highly doubt he is a Vietnam vet. But also, even with 100% disability compensation, that’s still not enough to support a family of 10.

Same problem also, they see any kind of mental health medical treatment during pre-employment medical screenings and you are pushed to the back.
